Easy to find and easy to walk everywhere
Other than being in the red light district (with a bunch of drug addicts on the streets), the hostel is in an great location. It is easy to find from the train station, and it is easy to walk everywhere that was needed (or to the metro to go further afield). Their breakfast was also fantastic! Available until noon, and all you can eat, I regularly spent my mornings relaxing and enjoying the common area. My private room was very comfortable. Security is good.
As I mentioned, it is in an area that is full of drug addicts, however, as it is close to the main train station, most of the other hostels are also in this area, and they secure the doors.
220 Euro for 1 night in a room which has nothing similar to the picture shown in the website. The decoration cost of the room I stayed is less than 500 Euro.
The room was clean and it was just good to have a roof over our heads
The price paid was what I'd expect for a glamorous 5 star hotel and not a plain, clean apartment found at the top of a very dirty, old building in a very seedy neighbourhood. It was way overpriced for essentially a backpackers hostel.
cheap, relaively clean. lift needs to b fixed not that you really care cause it's been out of order for ages.
fix the lift. I know it's been out of order for ages.
Close to rail station. Extremely cheap.
No a/c! We could not sleep at all, it was simply too hot and uncomfortable. The bathroom comes with a squeegy to mop up after you shower. Although we knew about the red light location, we did not expect a man to be staring into our room from across the street. Not worth saving money to stay here.
Extremely basic, more like a prison cell.unpainted plain concrete ceiling, small unwelcoming room, dirty, smelly shower area,no facilities in room,no towels or bed linen, had to go to reception and pay a deposit(refundable)to get bed linen and make your own bed and to top it all,in the middle of Frankfurts red light zone, constant noise from the street below until 6 in the morning
Very nice appartment-
Noise from street.
Loved it! it was really awesome! i really want to go back!
Nothing was bad! awesome personnel and if there was any trouble everyting was easy to fix. really welcomming and a great place to realx and just to get the hang of that you really are in germany
pool room downstairs was great. good value beers in the hotel too. staff were friendly & the place was secure, (which is key, as the location is doggy) would recommend for sure.
although the location was fairly rough, drug addicts, prostitues etc, we never felt "unsafe".
The design is contemporary minimal, with walk-in power shower. Good breakfast for a good start of a busy day.
The location is not to my liking, but they can't do anything. Bring ear plugs or you can get them from the reception/bar!
