Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore Florence on foot and access major attractions. The staff received consistent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and proactive, often going above and beyond to assist guests. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. Breakfast was generally well-received, though a few guests desired more variety. Some negative feedback focused on room size, with several guests finding the rooms smaller than expected, but overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel a highly recommended choice for visitors to Florence.
