The place is a total scam. PLEASE be very careful if you deal with them, especially at the moment of signing where they will try to distract you In Order to lock you into some crazy extras. Do yourself a favor and bring your business somewhere else. Everything was great from start to finish. We got a nice new SUV as requested, drop and pickup were easy and we got our $250 deposit back with no issues a few days later. Even though we had coverage from a 3rd part insurance provider they insisted that we left with their basic cover package at $40 extra a day. I sent a few emails and they removed the charge 48hours later and refunded for the 2 days.Reviewed 1 Dec 2023
