Pros:Pick-up went perfect, everyone super friendly and helpful, got in and out quickly.Cons:Airport drop-off at ACV was unclear how to leave vehicle after hours. 11am and nobody was there to receive the vehicle after Eureka office told me I could leave it there. There was a key drop where I left it, noted date/time/mileage, but beyond that it wasn't clear if it was OK to leave it.Reviewed 27 Aug 2020

Pros:Efficient process for pick-up.Cons:Car stank of cigarette smoke at pick-up, a deep cleaning would have been nice. Guy was a bit cold and rude about wanting me to put a mask on. On check-in, I identified a few scratches on the car and the guy confined they were in the system. On check out, the same guy said those scratches weren’t in the system and made me fill out reports.
