Called ahead to ensure when I dropped off the car I could have a ride back to my home. Pulled in to drop off car and they said oh we don’t have someone to take you home you have to get there on your own. I said wait a minute I called you to make sure that I have a ride home you told me I would and now you’re telling me I have to call a cab?. Finally after a half hour of arguing with the idiot an extra worker showed up and they took me home. They did not have the car available for me they let me know at the last minute had asked for 15 pasanger then the changed it to 12 then they didn’t have the 12 and at last they didn’t have anything for me and didn’t even care I had plans they gave the worst serviceReviewed 22 Jul 2022

Downtown Palm Desert location with easy access and better rates. They upgraded me to a larger vehicle which handled all luggage. Very painless return with no lineups. Will deal again.Reviewed 20 Jan 2022

I had scheduled my pickup for the city of Palm Desert and once we arrived for the rental car they told us it was in Indio. I had the confirmation showing the location for pickup SAID palm desert but for whatever reason they said differently. I know it could have been a glitch or something out of their hands but it was just inconvenient for our plans since we need the rental while our car is being fixed in the shop from an accident.Reviewed 11 Sep 2021

The car was very clean, thank you to the guys in the back. Anastasia was pleasant and cordial, should be commended for her out going personality. Pros:Did not have car I ordered. Tried to get me to take smaller car. I refused. Was given a hard time by salesman and then he went away. Tried to speak to manager, was ignored. Staff very unfriendly. I had to leave without a car. Was a disaster. I went to Avis and was treated as a customer should be. Rented a car to my choice for 2 weeks.Cons:more honest treatment of a customer. A manager that would listen to my problem. A less hostile attitude. Have used Enterprise in the past, would never use again.Reviewed 1 May 2021
