Worst experience I have ever had . I booked a rental at 12pm office closed at 12 pm. Was told I had no options than booking another car at the airport . Original booking $867 for the car for 2 weeks. I paid $1700.00 and was told to deal with. Never again with enterpriseReviewed 25 Jun 2022

Unfortunately never got to pick up the car. Had it scheduled for noon, showed up at 1206 and they were closed. Why let someone schedule for noon if they close at noon?Reviewed 12 Jan 2022

Cons:Kayak which is considered a third party does not transfer their reservations bookings over to Enterprise. I was not ever get my 12 passenger van for a planned vacation trip. Devastating. Called Multiple times to Customer service and never had a live person to assist me with how could something like this could happen. Enterprise advised me to never book through a 3rd party but to call the rental office personally to see if they have any available information on your requested vehicle. This was a horrible experience and so very stressful.Reviewed 29 Jun 2021

Pros:The car we received was a perfect size. I love the gas mileage it got. We didn't have to spend a great deal of money on gas and time stopping to get gas. Helpful people at the airport and at the place we actually got the car from.Cons:We did not know that the car rental place was not at the airport and there was not a shuttle to the place we had to pick up our car. That was a big shocker. The young lady at the airport called the place that we rented the car from and we were well taken care of. The car windows were so dirty that we couldn't see out of them at night. We had asked the guy who cleans the car to clean them again but even his second round of cleaning was terrible. He acted as if we were putting him out.Reviewed 5 Oct 2016
