I booked a pick-up, received confirmation and payed for additional insurance only to receive a phone call from Enterprise that they didn’t have a vehicle for me to pick up. Outrageous! I will never try to use them again.Reviewed 19 Dec 2021

Pros:This was the only avenue for getting a car during March due to spring break and the influx of travelers due to Florida's open state status. We appreciated the price and the ability to return on the other coast of Florida.Reviewed 15 May 2021

Pros:Drop off super easy but noted a chip in windshield which was there when I rented. Company later apologised.Cons:Only one employee present who could process, get a car and do inspection at one time and as quickly and non attentive to detail as would allow. Pros:Called the enterprise office when 15 minutes away to say we might be a few minutes late and asked for options (could they wait a few minutes or leave the keys?) A very unfriendly person called Emerson replied 'you will have to come back tomorrow'Cons:All unhelpful Emerson had to say was 'I'm sorry but we have to close at that time, we will be happy to help you tomorrow - but his attitude was so negative we cancelled the booking and went to Avis.Reviewed 23 Aug 2019
