The person at the desk lied to my face about me not having a reservation, even though I just got off the phone with enterprise who said my reservation was NOT cancelled. The car I was supposed to get was sitting outside, but would not be given to me. I had to get an Uber back to charlotte to get a different car.Reviewed 18 Aug 2022

Extremely poor! I made a reservation with a confirmation number and everything. They called me while I was On my flight to say they had nothing for me. What is the point of a reservation then? If you are booked out that is fine, don’t let me reserve and I will figure it out, but don’t lie and put me into a bind.Reviewed 22 Oct 2021

Pros:This is a small outlet with the manager running the place. He was great to deal with.Cons:The car had an issue with one tire. I don't fault the location because that happens and it was a slow leak that would not have been obvious when the car was returned by the previous driver. Another Enterprise took care of the issue and had the tire replaced.Reviewed 19 May 2021

Pros:I didn’t like my experience period!Cons:The fact that I wasn’t told that the deposit was $400+ by itself was an extreme aggravation! I was also told that the size and type car I wanted they didn’t have! To add insult to injury being that I was inconvenienced because they didn’t have the product I was looking for, I was still expected to spend more money foe a larger car or compromise my comfort by downsizing! A complete waste of my time and a huge disappointment. I don’t know why these companies are overcharging for rentals now (on top of still being in the middle of a pandemic and most people don’t have a random $400 bucks laying around for a deposit!)this needs to stop, it’s pure greed, period!Reviewed 29 Mar 2021
