I never got the car. I was called the morning of my trip, suggesting that the car I wanted wasn't available and that I would need to get the next available size up at my expense. As if that wasn't bad enough, my travel plans had me in town around 6 PM, my reservation time. I was told that it needed to be by 4 PM. That was impossible, so I canceled the reservation. It was utterly unprofessional to blindside me like that on the day of my trip.Reviewed 29 Mar 2024

Pros:The representative was very understanding, knew what to do , answered our questions and assisted in getting the transaction competed. This is one of the best experiences in dealing with a rental. I will most certainly use this again!!Cons:The only way it could have been better was if it had been free :):) Very professional and very customer service oriented. We felt valued while there to get the rental and upon the return. Your representative asked how the trip was and was truly not just making conversation.
