Cons:I got a text from Enterprise saying that there were no cars available from the location that was closest to me. Even though I reserved it through Kayak stating that the car that I reserved was available. Sucks. I canceled the reservation, went elsewhere.Reviewed 14 Jul 2020

Cons:Smelled bad. Short hours at pickup and dropped locations. Only has trucks?! Called to get an estimate on returning it a few hours late and was given wildly different estimates from different people.Reviewed 13 Oct 2018

Cons:I reserved a car. When I showed up, I was told they were out of cars. When I asked for help - e.g., can you find me another car in the area? - I was basically told to buzz off. In the end, I had to go to the Oakland airport to find a car, wasted three hours, and paid an additional $140 because THEY DIDN'T SAVE ME THE CAR I RESERVED.Reviewed 16 Jan 2018
