Cons (-) A little pricey for the quality of the place, also nearly impossible to exit onto the street due to traffic at this location during much of the day

Cons (-) Customers should be advised about construction. Outside the building not prsentable. Same could be stated on the inside. Sign should be posted about construction. My room smelled; and the experience overall was not pleasant. No plansense to stay there again.
