Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything went perfect. The room is really cosi, Domenika was a superb host, and the included breakfast was a delightful surprise. I highly recommend the stay.

Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The continental breakfast in the room was lovely and the coffee was exceptional. Staff were incredibly helpful and the room was beautiful and comfortable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The cleanliness
Cons: The key box system
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms were extremely comfortable, all amenities included. Dan went above and beyond with assistance for our needs. We had an early flight and he ordered a taxi dor us, made us delicious breakfast sandwiches the night before.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Dominika was very helpful and her place was a wonderful spot for an early morning Dublin flight. Very comfortable and clean.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Breakfast spread was very nice and got a warm welcome on arrival. Would highly recommend to stay here!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is the most beautiful little cottage, exceptionally clean, cosy and modern bedrooms with fresh breakfast in your room...just a 10 minute drive from Dublin airport! We will definitely use again!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I booked this stay as a need to stay somewhere last year (In 2017) but quickly changed my view when I saw how amazing this cottage is! My friend and I were greeted immediately and before talking Business was offered tea, coffee, or champagne. After receiving the tea, he sat down with us and outlined all the restaurants and bars in the area to try and ones to stay away from since it was a holiday. On top of the holiday there was a rugby match going on so it would have been hard to find a place to sit down and eat or have a beer. I was very satisfied with my service and given the opportunity to stay in Dublin again I would choose this in a heartbeat. Thank you rose cottage!!!
Cons: There was nothing in control of the cottage that was in satisfied with the weather is another comment.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Our host, Dan, exlemplified the term. This was our first day in Ireland, and we felt utterly lost. Dan reached out to us before our plane even left home, asking when he might expect us. We had an email dialog that helped us use the public transportation system to reach the B&B. He let us drop our luggage off and explore Dublin while waiting for check-in time, then showed us the best bus routes to take. In the morning, he cooked up a great Irish breakfast for us to get our day started. About the bed, we took it for granted. It was a nice, comfortable mattress, which we wished we had for the next two weeks. It seems comfortable beds are not common in Europe and the UK, so it was a real luxury to have had our first night after a full day of travel at Rose Cottage.
Cons: It is a bit outside of Dublin center, so the bus ride takes about an hour...if there is not a hurling match happening.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff are great -it's like a 2nd home to me at this stage. Food at dinner and breakfeast was top class. Great job and please keep up the high standards you have set.
Cons: Noting comes to mind.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean, modern and had air conditioning (in a country with very few hotels or B&Bs with A/C). The shuttle bus ran regularly and on time. It's very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower/bathtub is awkwardly shaped and the curtain sticks to you. Also, they need fans in the bathrooms to extract the humidity.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very modern and spacious
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The front door of the hotel was across the road from a large park with mature trees so you could go for a walk to recover from jet-lag. The room was quiet so you could sleep well no matter what time you arrived. The hotel is a short distance from Dublin Airport (shuttle buses provided). The reception coffee area is comfortable with a good alternative of teas. 5 minute walk to bus stop for travel to city center (bus travel to city center 30 minutes although the announcements before the bus stops were difficult to hear). Good city maps and tourist information provided at the hotel.
Cons: Not clear during booking that breakfast was not included. Need to warn customers that you need exact change for bus to city center although the hotel provided a helpful card with locations and bus times was provided. The hotel should be clearer that the paid car parking at the hotel appears only to be by the day (my arrival was about 14:30 and departure was 11:50 the next and still had to pay for 2 days - once on my bill and once at the parking garage)?
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Check in staff was lovely, polite & welcoming. Breakfast and coffee was amazing, breakfast staff were also lovely. Hotel grounds and room were lovely, no complaints at all, bar the check out staff, she was rude and let the place down.
Cons: No complaints, bar the check out staff, she was rude, firm/arrogant.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room. They had outlets for international chargers. Front desk helpful and friendly.
Cons: None
Good 7.0
Pros: Very close to the hospital my relative was staying
Cons: Room was cold
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stayed with my partner Staff were exceptionally helpful , beautiful hotel food was remarkably delicious , buses into city and restaurants near was handy would definitely stay again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bed extra comfy,,a welcoming environment.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Such a beautiful place - such a wonderful atmosphere. Highly highly recommend
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was too notch, from the smart phone on offer in my room to the comfortable bed to the fantastic dinner I had in the hotel restaurant Touzai. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing.

Okay 4.0
Cons: I got food poisoning from the salmon pizza in the Italian restaurant - left my details at reception - Still waiting for a response
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location Shuttle bus
Cons: Price
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I did not have breakfast as I left to go to the airport for a 8am pick up , so I did not have time for breakfast , but when I stay the next time I will be sure to let you know how the breakfast was
Cons: The Italian kitchen , who ever served me my 3 pints of Guiness , needs to learn how to pull pints of Guiness properly , the pint was filled in one go and the temperature was not right either it was too warm .
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to airport but much nicer than typical airport hotel exp. great bar and restaurant Shuttle service very good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Bed was very comfy, but just even a tiny bit TOO warm! Shuttle bus to airport extremely handy, and driver very helpful in getting my luggage on and off bus
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The shuttle was right to pick you up
Cons: The food was quite expensive and portions were small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 24/7 access, very flexible on eating arrangements Free shuttle bus to/from the airport
Cons: No
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location was ideal and the rate was good
Cons: There was rust in the bath and the towels had stains on them. I had a dessert in the bar and got the wrong bill.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Nice hotel very convenient for the airport. The have a excellent shuttle bus service to and from the airport
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy airport access with shuttle bus.
Cons: Somewhat noisy because of arrival of other guests - notably aircraft crew. Parking was horrendous and there was almost no baggage carts in the parking area.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is very convenient to the airport.
Cons: They nickle and dime you for everything.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We arrived around 12 midnight and the gentlemen on reception was pleasant and well groomed. Parking was close by. Rooms very clean and big, beds very comfortable and linen fresh, Great selection at breakfast and the breakfast staff very friendly and approachable. Checking out fab
Cons: Too much milk in the scrabbled eggs, if I have to complain.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing, the girl that did our check-in gave us a lot of information about the city, she was a nice person, the breakfast was great, they have a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, wich help us a lot
Cons: I liked everything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel is in a good location close to the airport. It has shuttle that runs every 30 minutes. It has a crowne plaza sister hotel next door. I felt that the room at this hotel met US standards. Great place to stay!
Cons: There are not really any good food locations nearby other than the Restaurants at the Ctowne plaza. The Holiday inn express food options were very limited
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Lack of milk in room for tea
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room!! Clean room and comfortable bed!!
Cons: Staff was problematic if you’re not multi-lingual.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Beautiful rooms
Cons: The location is close to the airport but quite a distance from town. You need to walk 500m to the nearest bus stop and then sit for 45 minutes until central town
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. Comfortable bed. Modern fixtures. Close to airport. Nearby restaurant. Affordable. Shuttle to airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was great and the room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: The shuttle was a bit hard to find but that was more of an issue with the airport than with the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I arrived a lot earlier and the initial staff was not friendly. I went next door to the Carlton and staff was very accommodating. I checked in later to the Holiday Inn and morning staff was a lot better/friendly. The location is only good for one night.
Cons: The earlier male staff was not friendly.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and the facility were great. Very convenient for a flight early am.
Cons: The staff was not as friendly as we became accustomed to in Ireland.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Leaving
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable. Room grubby and toilet unclean. Have stayed there before and will stay there again. It is fine for one night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff and heating in room
Cons: The bar staff were abrupt
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast, good location, friendly staff, will definitely stay again.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: The property is well situated, just a short walk from shops and pubs. Just a bus journey away from the city. Very clean comfortable rooms. There is a night club at the hotel so if you don’t like club music ask for a room on the other side of the hotel. The music can be heard in the rooms at night. I stayed in 205 and could hear the thud from the music.
Cons: There is nothing I didn’t like except for the club music.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Loved the built in tea cozy; bed was comfy but I was exhausted; it was not great.
Cons: Would be nice if I didn't have to pass through smoke...looks like all Irishmen smoke!

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Convenient, spotless clean, pleasant staff, no fussyness and nice food and menu. Always a nice stay
Cons: Parking is sometimes restricted due to residential location... but not a reason to not consider staying
Good 6.7
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious.
Cons: The hotel was very run down with paint chipping off the walls and skirting boards. The bathroom door in my room was difficult to open too. The staff did not engage very well with customers and there was very limited parking available. Breakfast only available from 7am which is frustrating if you have an early flight. No shampoo and conditioner available.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and warm with extremely helpful and friendly staff
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything. it was amazing! surprisingly good
Cons: nothing
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Okay 4.0
Pros: The breakfast was OK ( as it was just 'help yourself' tea/toast/cereal the expectations were not particularly high. The location was ideal for early exit to the airport and the shuttle bus service was bang on time and excellent value. The bed was reasonably comfortable. The 'round the clock' tea and coffee facilities were good and very welcome.
Cons: The room was a little cold and very draughty around the windows (despite the windows being closed). The floor had not been hoovered from previous occupants. It was not possible to even obtain lukewarm water from the shower, however the 'hot' tap in the sink was lukewarm. Noise from the airport was probably worse than it should have been due to the poorly fitting windows.
Good 6.0
Pros: I left early for the airport but the buffet breakfast was already available. It was fine and much better than many other similar types of continental breakfasts I have had before.
Cons: There was no tea or coffee in the room. I had to go back to the dinning room to get this after I had arrived and showered.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Perfect for what I needed as in a quick stop over, The Staff were really nice and the breakfast was good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean and tidy room. You get what you pay for.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The bed was comfortable
Cons: Noises
