Pros: Modern rooms and good breakfast.

Cons: Basic gym.

Pros: The staff were very good especially Marcos on reception who was very helpful with anything we wanted help with or advice on anything we asked,also very polite and made us feel very welcome

Pros: Location, cleanness, safety, good staff.

Cons: The room's temperature was like in hell = too hot!!!!! Air-conditioning didn't work properly. The window opened only very narrow space, with no sufficient ventilation. Will NEVER come back again, not even for free.!!!!!! I do not recommend this Hotel, even it is new fashion, modern, clean and safe. They have NO idea of comfort.

Pros: Location is good. Staffs are very friendly. Breakfast is also good. Compared to the price, I would recommend this hotel and stay next time too

Pros: The casino is great fun, good machines and live music. The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to the shopping areas. The food was okay. Overall not convinced it's worth 5 stars maybe 3.5 or 4 would be more realistic. But would stay here again because the location was excellent for shopping.

Cons: The entire hotel smells of smoking. If you're a non-smoker you will definitely notice it. We went to use the jacuzzi but it was dirty so didn't.

Pros: Very nice garden and views. Ok room. Service was very good. They solved our transfer problem.

Pros: Excellent location. Great service from the staff of the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and well decorated. The gardens on the backyard and next to the pool are very nice and offer a space were you can relax and enjoy a bit of nature as well.

Cons: On weekends and at night it can get a bit noisy.

Pros: Large, clean pool. Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast. Safe brought in on request.

Cons: Dreadful pool towels: tiny (30cm by 30), thin and stained with bleach. Pool bar staff constantly on their phones, no attention to detail or attempt to maintain the area tidy. Pool side chairs broken and discoloured. Very small menu and many wines on the menu not available.

Pros: The staff was exceptionally helpful and there was some that could speak English,highly recommended

Pros: Rooms are big and spacious but a bit tired and could do we a wash up. The breakfast was good and the pool was very nice

Cons: We had to change rooms due to electrical issues and realised that not all rooms had the same items in it: one of the rooms was missing the lamps and a desk chair for example. The carpets really need a deep clean. The food is terrible, I would really recommend against eating at the hotel. This is a hotel with potential but not being managed and utilised properly

Pros: The building and patio are attractive. The room was clean and comfortable. The dining room staff was friendly.

Cons: The hotel is nice, however the service wasn't what I would expect of a hotel of this caliber. The front desk staff didn't seem very organized - when I arrived, the evening staff person (who was friendly) told me I paid online, but on the day of my departure the morning staff couldn't see the payment in the system and almost charged me again at check-out. Later, I realized the hotel had charged my credit card significantly more than the amount on Booking.com. Also, when I needed to leave in the morning (it was early), the gate to exit the parking garage was locked. I had to back my car down the ramp and go inside and they had to search to find someone to open the gate - this was distressing as I was in a hurry to get to the airport!

Cons: Some doors have lack of maintenance, Towels are clean, but i think they where used as long as the hotel was oppened and have to be replaced.

Pros: The location is amazing, it is close to the bus terminal (1block). The kindness and advisors of the owner is so valuable: She told me how to move inside the city, what buses to take for the best places near to the city, how much time you will spend crossing the city and the borders, time to spend inside Itapúa, the falls, and even the cost of each one. Thanks a lot for being an excellent host.

Cons: No electrical water boiler in the room to make tea/coffee. If you ask, they will give you a small pot of water for free. Not very convenient though.

Pros: Clean, rooms are spacious, good water temperature, spacious bathroom, comfortable large beds. My room had large windows on two walls (corner room) great view of the crazy hustle and bustle of CDE, I was even able the catch the gorgeous sunset and ignore the honking traffic outside for a moment.... ahhh. The furniture can be too big and cumbersome but just have to be careful not to bang your knees. ;) The staff is especially helpful as getting to places can be tricky. Seeing things should be arranged with them. It’s safer that way in CDE and it guarantees you a good/fair price. Breakfast was nice too. Good selection. The bar has good prices with sweet bartender.

Cons: Everything was great. CDE can be a loud town as early as 5AM. So you can’t help but to wake up honking and crazy loud busses and cars. Wear ear plugs to muffle the noise. But it gets eerily dark and quiet starting 8PM... The food at the restaurant can be better. Great prices on the food but we didn’t care for it much.

Cons: Air conditioning noisy and almost impossible to set right. The pool seems an afterthought. Minimal dimensions, sun rays can't get through because the placement, no privacy.

Cons: No keys for the door, so you need to use the bell every time you want to enter the hostel. Although they have opened it quickly, it could be very dangerous to wait outside in the street The 4 bed room is the worst hostel room I have ever stayed in: the beds were extractable (instead of bunk beds), it felt like lying with a stranger in the same bed, the mattress were very old and very uncomfortable and the toilet door was very noisy and couldn’t be closed

Cons: Kitchen was dirty and messy, not a nice environment for cooking. I think the whole indoor downstairs vibe could be improved as a whole by clearing up all of the unecessary clutter. While nothing was wrong with the facilities, work could be done to improve the aesthetics as a whole.

Pros: Location: 15 minutes from bus station. Staff: friendly and helpful, let me early check in. Facility: clean, relaxing bar, and swimming pool, basic breakfast, locker, good WiFi, kitchen, big common area and many charge sockets.

Pros: Located outside town in a secure, gated community of luxury mansions, with a wonderful view and meals on a terrace overlooking the Paraná river border with Brazil. Excellent, custom prepared dinners.

Cons: Whereas ALL of the staff were very solicitous, one of them was abit mistake prone, failing to give us a wake-up call, misinforming us about the terms of an excursion, and delaying our checkout because he couldn't get the credit card machine to work (which may have been the machine's fault).
