Cons: they change the rate on the car to double in the middle of my rental , I have to work awhile my car is being fix but come on..

Cons: Price was a bit high, tho I did rent last minute.

Cons: agent should have mentioned what the story with the ezpass thing was (I still have no idea whether it was functional - it had tape over it)

Cons: I had signed up online for a decent price. The car was advertised as unlimited miles. However, my wife and I were planning to drive outside the zone permitted by the renter, so we ended up paying $20 more than was quoted online. We still got a good deal, however the driving zone NEEDS to be communicated and made clear on the website when reserving a car online.

Cons: They had five reservations for 1 car. They called a few hours before the reservation to "check" if I would be there for the reservation, and to say the car may not be there. Went with another option entirely. Absolute nonsense of a business model. Will never rent from them.

Cons: Long wait time at counter due to only one agent at the desk at the time.

Cons: The morning of rental, I was informed that they did not have a "payles vehicle". I was offered a Avis or Budget vehicle for about 5times the Payles rate. In addition, I was informed that the Payles vehicles could not be driven out of the state during the rental period. I decided not to rent any car from this company.
