Would be a great place to stay for a football/basketball game or a class reunion. Covered with Chapel Hill memorabilia. Outdoor pool looked OK. Desk crew was overworked and undermanned but solicitous and helpful. A good value for the money. The place was large enough to provide a quiet room out of earshot of a raucous party taking place in the lobby
Everything was pretty dated. And worn. TV signal degraded, split too many times. Wall paper was dirty

the air conditioning in my room hardly blew any cold air. The summer is extremely hot so no AC is not good. Also the bed was hard as a rock. No exaggeration. The ceilling did look a little damaged with water.
I really liked your outside area near the pool. Also I forget her name but the lady at the front desk when I checked in Tuesday afternoon was friendly and very helpful.
Overall good recent remodeling, especially the pool area..
TV had very poor reception on some channels.
The price the lady providing breakfast was super nice
The coffee pot had moldy coffee in it. the Heat and AC had to be turned on each night by the maintenance staff coming to my room. the Wifi was very slow
We only stayed one night.
The beds were too small. My wife and I did not have sufficient space to turn over and we are not large. My arm was too close to the edge and I was very uncomfortable. We needed a queen size bed.
