Pros: Overall the hotel was beautiful, the staff was helpful & friendly, and the service was very good. The pools & pool bar was by far our favorite place to be.

I, in fact want to write the management to express my appreciation and especially commend them on their staff especially those working the poolside restaurant-breakfast,lunch and dinner. Pros: The location was very convenient during my stay due to the hotel being right in the middle between old town Cartagena and the airport. Short taxi ride.

Pros: Right across the beach which I loved. Next to a good cheap breakfast place towards the left. The shower was great and you can open the window from the room a little and can hear the waves. Everything is super modern and clean. The hotel isn’t far from the walled city. About 5 minutes in taxi. My husband even walked to the hotel from there. I stayed with my husband and one year old. We all loved it. Including the baby. You can see the beach from hallways as well and the staff is very nice and helpful and professional . I would definitely stay again. We stayed 3 nights. Also every time I asked for new towels they cAme right away
