Pros: Excellent stay. Clean and great value. The staff was very friendly. I slept super well each night. Housekeeping did a superb job keeping the rooms spotless and always providing clean towels and refilling toiletries when needed. It was also very nice that housekeeping would hang our bathing suits to dry nicely. Food at breakfast was also excellent and service was always delivered with a smile.

Pros: Excellent stay. Clean and great value. The staff was very friendly. I slept super well each night. Housekeeping did a superb job keeping the rooms spotless and always providing clean towels and refilling toiletries when needed. It was also very nice that housekeeping would hang our bathing suits to dry nicely. Food at breakfast was also excellent and service was always delivered with a smile.
Cons: My only qualm was the lack of a mini fridge, but staff did allow me to store some needed items in their fridge, which was very nice.

Pros: Hotel on a quiet street in the heart of old, noisy Cartagena. Very clean. A beautiful colonial style. In the room there are a lot of amenities: a rope for drying laundry, an adapter, a quality dryer, bathrobes, flip-flopes And in the restaurant there is the nice maid Elsi, who greeted us every morning as a family.

Cons: the pool is small and their breakfast is the bare minimum, not worth getting breakfast included. It's a small boutique hotel so rooms are limited and we therefore could not extent our stay.

Pros: The location, amenities, style and staff were all above and beyond exceptional. It was a beautiful hotel and made our visit to Cartagena so lovely. The pool area was especially nice - much needed in the hot sun as the direct beaches in Cartagena aren't nice for laying out.

Pros: Quality of the bed, very nice old patio.
Cons: The room of the hotel look like a basic room from a Novotel, the deco don t coresponding to a Legend, it s no because you are in a old historic place that you should use the Legend terms. The only good think is the quality of the bed. Concerning the food we order a plate of 5 cheese and they were very basic one, it s very surprising for a french group. The Cesar salad was also disappointing. For the rate they charge we could expect something much better.

Pros: The location was perfectly located next to trendy restaurants, shopping, and close to the beach as well. The ambiance of the open ceilings and palms was relaxing and calming. The morning view from the balcony was exceptional. I didn't realize this hotel also came with breakfast that was custom-ordered eggs and fresh-squeezed juices. I would highly recommend to anyone. A local gem!
