No surprises, love that! Only complaint was the car was dirty on the outside, they couldn’t wash it because it was too cold. I could have requested a $15 credit, but I had to go back into the office and request it at the counter. Why make me jump through hoops? Just issue the credit, that’s how you treat your customers.Reviewed 25 Jan 2023

Budget provided an old Jeep with nearly 200K miles on it that didn’t drive well, and was not clean - it and still had someone else’s trash in it. Not impressed. The pick up took nearly an hour in queue however the agent was friendly.Reviewed 31 Oct 2022

We reserved a minivan. We checked in, signed off on paperwork, etc. The man went to grab the car and pulled around in an suv. Never did he say they didn’t have the minivan we reserved. When I asked at that moment, he said it was Fall Break and that was all they had. I asked if he could check with another location and he told me I could check with the airport.Reviewed 9 Oct 2022

The services I received were poor and unexpected. The gas tank was half filled when I picked up the car, but I filled it upon return The price at hire was increased on my bill and there was no explanation as to the increase. Long line at pickup, pleasant agent. Car had not been cleaned. Car shakes at 60 MPH and above so obvious problem with wheel balance and/or alignment. A/C worked but not real well. Return was very efficient.Reviewed 15 Aug 2022

They were an hour and 30 minutes late on having car ready which it me behind on my schedule. Instead of driving till midnight I was driving till 1:30am on my first planned leg of my trip.Reviewed 3 Jul 2022

Budget had a car for me when I arrived to pick it up, and I was nervous that they wouldn't given the issues that many rental car companies are having these days. However, it wasn't the car type that I had opted for. Also - I had requested a 12:00pm pick-up of the car on a Sunday. What I didn't know is that the Budget office that I rented from closes at 12:00 on Sundays. There should have been a warning to me that the office would be closed if I arrived when I said I was going to arrive.Reviewed 28 Jun 2022
