Belo Horizonte hotels near Palácio das Artes

Pros: Rooms are spacious and comfortable, they offer large windows with plenty of natural light. The soundproofing is not bad, considering the hotel is in one of the busiest areas of the city. Staff are friendly and helpful, the front desk is well manned and we never had to wait long before speaking to someone. The breakfast is nice, with plenty of option.

Cons: Housekeeping could be improved - the toilet was not super clean upon arrival, one day they forgot to leave us hand towels.

Pros: Breakfast is delicious! They make you omelete as you wish or tapiocas . Very good indeed !!! Staff are really friendly and location is perefct .

Cons: The ac in my room was the worst ever !! Or it stayed freezing oe extremely hot . I asked for room service and the lady who took my order was not from brazil , she had the worst accent ever and ...she got my order all wrong !!!!

Pros: Nice room, komfortable bed, clean and a great breakfast. We had a reservation on another hotel after the weekend byt changed it to this hotel insteed. Staff speak very good english. Well worth the money.

Cons: The sauna was not in use. But the pool, gym and showers was, so i guess thats not a very big deal.

Cons: The only problem was it toke forever to get hot water running. But it is not very common in Brazil to use hot water

Pros: Room service is very good, had a caprese omelete and when needed to change the duvet , the lady was very nice and polite. The room is very good and confortable.Breakfast is really great !

Cons: The duvet had no cover !! And it was dirty as well ! I called the front dessa and nobody answered the phone so, I had to go downstairs to ask for a new duvet and a duvet cover . The room service lady was very very nice and polite!

Cons: AC not working Celamins not good

Pros: Beds, coffee, breakfast, cleaness but most of all the staff. Everybody was really nice and helpful and speaks very good english.

Pros: Overall service was good, bedroom was comfortable, soap provided smells great. What I am most impressed about is the hotel suffered from floods one of the nights from the heavy rainfall, but by morning they managed to clean everything up so quickly and get back to Business As Usual

Cons: Some of the fresh fruit juices served in the morning doesn't taste very fresh & they were not cold enough. Also the morning coffee served tasted bad (not aromatic, tasted cheap), despite Brazil being known for a place that grows & sells good coffee beans

Pros: I love their breakfast. Many great options and delicious fruit!!! I love their fruit.

Cons: The swimming pool could be updated. The fitness room is very limited. But, hey you can go outside and be on a fresh air instead. So, no big deal for me.

Cons: White chairs on room 1807 has to be changed..... very old... doesn't suit on that glass table

Pros: Very comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Very good bed. Soundproof windows with nice view. Very good cafe da manha with excellent coffee.

Cons: The old is getting old and they are desperate for money . They want to charge the guest for visits more than 15min,lol Very desapointed .

Pros: very spacious!! the rooms are very big, the bed, there's plenty of space for bags, work desk, there's a nice closet.

Cons: everything is very old. but there's nice old and there's uncared for old. this hotel feels more like the latter. the bathtub was basically a call for accidents with many levels inside it... water took a looong time to heat up. mold in the bathroom ceiling. very few power outlets (in fact none free except in the bathroom, so you'll have to unplug the lamp by the bed side to charge your phone). power outlets were in the old Brazilian standard so you'll need adapters if your charger has 3 pins (US style 3 pins are fine in the lobby under the couches - yes, under). Wifi has terrible reception on the rooms but works fine in the lobby. very few staff and slow response times during carnival.

Pros: Excellent reception staff - very helpful and kind. They arranged for me transportation to Inhotim and called uber whenever needed.Good buffet breakfast.Reliable wifi Inner room was noise free however hotel is on a very busy street.Easy access to Mercado Central, Pakace of Art, Avwnida de Liberdade and other attracttions. My biggest thanjs to all staff who made my stay so enjoyable.You are wonderful - your warm smiles made my day.

Cons: I was in room214 and something was blinking above my head all night long.Most probably airconditioner lights?! Electrical socket was located in strange place.Tgere were reading lamp but no place yo plug it in near bed?!

Cons: Two beds were separated by a nightstand, although I had asked for a double bed. Not very comfortable, generally. Small bedrooms.

Pros: Cleanliness. Breakfast. Air conditioning plus ceiling fan. Location. Great value.

Cons: The TV did not have a good set of channels available. The garage could have a safety video system, and be able to be used by remote control.

Pros: Very helpful stuff, though they don't speak english. Breakfast was really nice, the rooms are clean, yet little small, but for few days it's acceptable.

Cons: Poor internet connection and it's very noisy in rooms
