The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. Always willing to help and even checked on us during the stay. The location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants and shopping in the immediate area. Taxi, bus and train stops were all very close.

Most guests praised the hotel's unbeatable location, friendly and helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as delicious and varied. Cleanliness and safety were generally appreciated, although there was a serious safety concern in one review regarding valuables. Pros (+) Great location, helpful friendly staff
Pros (+) Barcelona is my favourite city. I visit every year - and every year I always go to the top of Corte de Ingles at Plaza Catalunya and have a glass of Cava to watch the sun set and the beautiful fountains light up in the square below. Well, my god. I booked this hotel Purely because of its ratings. When we arrived to it with our handy google map, it was right beside Corte de Ingles....wow! I thought...
Cons (-) Everything and one was excellent
