Nothing that I liked.
Management does not respond to customer complaint sincerely and properly. They don't train their housekeeping staff from Myanmar how to be warm to guests by greeting, smiling, saying apology if necessary. They threw away my shoes and food as they easily assume they were not important to guest. They don't try hard to be careful handling customer's valuables. They mixed my towel and body scrub with their dirty bedsheets. Its so unhygienic. They could not try hard and careful asking guests about left shoes, foods, towels and body scrub. Imagine seems they are happy and smiling JUST taking things and easily throw them. I complained a lot. The management did only say sorry when they noticed I was so angry. They want to resolve the problem compensating me with money provided police will investigate. They lack urgency, self conscience and ownership to provide resolution. The managers are incapable of resolving problems, poor judgement. They cannot be a manager of huge company handling customer's issues. My shoes were still good, black formal and flat closed shoes. I need money to save and now in times of the virus outbreak the shopping centers are closed I can't buy a new one. They are really bad f s bs Housekeeping, Receptionist and Managers. Definitely I don't recommend this. I better recommend Live It Up Hostel in Asok they have free breakfast and wider area for guests.
Location is near to attraction spot just walking distance to Arab street, Terminal 21, BTS station Nana or BTS Asok, public bus stand etc
Big rats came from the next door building digging a dustbin in front of the hostel. The rats are gone once the staff cleared the bin.....but I spotted them few times and I was damn uncomfortable about it. Those traveler that don't mind the rats well its a good place to stay at budgeted cost.
Comfy beds!!! Modern
I only spent a very little amount of time there, so did not have chance to check it out properly or get the full experience.
Room had great air conditioning, bed was comfy. Has the basics, just what you need.
Elevator was broken and no real sense of urgency to fix it. Walking up and down 5 stories with bags isn't fun.
Good location, 2 minute walk into town ,really nice staff ,beds are really comfortable
It wasn't very clean, and it smelt a bit in the room
