Pros (+) The staff at Dang Derm and its sister property Dang Derm in the Park had excellent customer service skills. They were kind and determined to address concerns guests have.
Cons (-) I had initially a concern with my room, I was promptly moved and the staff was very concerned that I would feel comfortable with my stay. Front desk reception was top notch.
