Everything was perfect except the mattress on the beds they were really uncomfortable.

They wouldn’t refund any money when I had to check out early. Hotel has actual prostitution happening in the parking lot. Like legitimately saw a man nod to a trucker and send this woman over there to climb in the truck..People selling crack out of the rooms, the door didn’t close all the way, blinds didn’t close, bathroom mat was coming up in the shower. The whole thing was nasty and they would have made me stay there. They got to resell the room after I left and they kept my money. Americas WORST value inn. Actually stood outside the hotel telling people to go to the super 8 down the street. Same rate if not cheaper and not a total lying thieving trap house.

Pros:We left after 2 minutes of being in the room. There were roaches crawling all over the place as well as filthy. They were charging by the hour to some people and you could tell that people where living there not just renting a room. They gave us a smoking room when we requested non-smoking as well as the fire alarm was chirping and they said just take the battery out. No help what so ever. We requested our money back and they said no.

Pros:Great location. 5-10 minutes from university/downtown area. Breakfast had waffles, danish, cereal, and sausage.
Cons:Poorly maintained. There was notable mold on the bathroom ceiling, a crack in the shower that allowed water between the plastic and wall, the lights flickered and didn't work well, the door didn't close completely. There was a cheeto bag in the entertainment center upon arrival. The staff's response to a 2a.m. call about disruptive guests was that they already asked them to be quiet and didn't know what else to do.

Pros:Perfect location near downtown, right off expressway. Especially given the location, it was a good value for the money. Room was decent, basic.
Cons:Poor insulation on the doors mean you hear everything going on outside. My husband, who is a light sleeper, couldn't sleep. Rooms need some updates, looks like they were halfway remodeled. New shower would be good, light fixtures. Breakfast had few options, no space, and items ran out like fresh fruit. All in all, I'd probably be back if I were in a bind to find a room again.

Pros:the beds were very comfortable
Cons:there were roaches and crickets inside the room. the air conditioning didnt cool the room. the fridge did not stay cold. the room was not cleaned thoroughly after the previous tenants as there were belongings and trash left in the room. the pool was tiny. we were attacked by a swarm of bees on the stairs. the only vending machine was located in the lobby. the only access to the second floor was one set of stairs on either side the building, forcing us to walk far with all our luggage.

Pros:The room and bathroom were fairly nice looking for such a low-priced motel on the freeway. Breakfast was fairly standard carb-loaded "continental", but they at least had Belgian waffles, fruit and microwaveable sausage biscuit sandwiches.
Cons:The room had a slight odor that my wife described as "stale popcorn", despite its apparent cleanliness.
