9.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice and charming hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful big rooms with high ceilings, fat mattresses, lovely tropical gardens, a few mins walk to the centre. Breakfast ok. Eggs, bread, potato and sliced fruit and a juice.
Cons: Hot water didn’t exist during my stay...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great. I would stay there again.
Cons: The food was fantastic. The room was very comfortable and accommodating. I really enjoyed the large garden area.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice place great staff, good location, recommended
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are large, very quiet, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very delicious. The grounds are lovely with plants and water features everywhere. The staff catered to our every need.
Cons: Rooms are musty and a bit closed in. Upstairs rooms might be better.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The grounds are beautiful! Huge lush garden with nice winding paths. The restaurant serves a good variety of food for all tastes in a beautiful setting surrounded by the garden and at reasonable prices for international travelers. The breakfast included was very good and you have 4 cooked-to-order options to choose from.
Cons: A little noisy. The rooms are distributed in an L shape. The rooms on the side of the road receive a good amount of noise from the cars and trucks. The room itself does not have a window to the street but to the courtyard, but the noise enters through the tiny bathroom window which is basically the only source of ventilation. You can open the window in the room but then you have very little privacy and you get all the noise from the restaurant which is significant if your room is at the angle of the L, which ours was (room 102). If you have the option to request a room in advance I would request 112-118 or 212-218 (18 is the farthest away). Rooms are a little dark too.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a beautiful colonial building with two stories of rooms laid out around a gorgeous tropical garden. It is decorated with religious art. It is very clean, the bed and pillows are comfortable, the best was the ultra-speedy check-in and how nice and efficient the staff is. From the front desk to the waiters working the restaurant.
Cons: This is a nice property at a nice price, but Antigua has many other gorgeous hotels where the room layout and decoration is unbelievably beautiful (Meson Panza Verde for example). However, those may be 3x the price of Las Farolas. If you are looking for a quiet, simple but beautiful stay for a good rate, Las Farolas is it. If you are only passing by for a couple of nights with your s.o., maybe worth checking the other properties for a more exclusive and romantic experience.

Pros: location, decor, breakfast
Cons: check in, i just wanted to drop off bags while i went to lunch and the staff was doing her best to make me comfortable to have a seat while she helped another guest. finally was able to get her attention just to let her know id be back to check in for now just wanted to leave my bags :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast on the terrace was exellent. The rooms were better than expected, although a little small they had everything we needed and the beds were very comfortable. You get to use the facilities of a hotel around the corner which were 5* so make sure you ask!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice and cooperative staff Perfect and well equipped room
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quaint, quiet and very comfortable. The staff are super friendly and warm. The adjacent Porta Hotel Antigua is open for a beautiful and free buffet breakfast each day. Sunday’s buffet extra awesome. The pool & gym at Porta also open to Casa Encantada guests. Great value for the money.
Cons: Rooms are a bit small and a little damp but not too bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, in a Spanish-style hacienda, beautiful small garden. The room was small but was very clean, comfortable and with pampering small things. The room (no. 1) was quiet. Breakfast was great. You can also have it in the chain's other hotel which is nearby (with bigger selection of buffet). The service was very good. Most of the hotel's team knew English. Intimate feel and atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the style and ambiance of this small boutique hotel. The breakfast on the rooftop was wonderful! Friendly staff and great location to walk everywhere in Antigua. 10/10 recommended Casa Encantada!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liked the location and of course the place itself - very nice, QUIET and cozy. The place is great. Access to Porta Hotel makes it perfect - pool, gym, breakfast and sauna there are amazing
Cons: The only one thing was not perfect is the size of the room. There is a big bed in the room, which is perfect, but there is literally no space to move besides walking around the bed. On one hand it makes you spend more time outside and just sleep in the room.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Beautiful Hotel.
Cons: Hotel facilities are very beautiful. However, there are weddings at night and very early on weekends there are activities with loud music and entertainers that do not allow you to rest for a moment. On the other hand, the bar they have is something small. Breakfast is not bad but you can definitely find better breakfast at another hotel. To make my stay worse, I was charged 100% to my Card when it had not even arrived. And then upon arrival they charged the amount again. They promised to reimburse me for almost $ 500 but I haven't received anything. Im back home and still waiting for reimbursement. The hotel is away from the center. Although it has a shuttle they don't have the ability to take you at the time you want. Customer service is not the best.
6.7 Good
Pros: The Thai Spa was very good.
Cons: Terrible food, almost all food was artificial, including drinks, lemonade was made from lemon powder, salads had cucumber and other ingredients from cans instead of fresh ingredients. Breakfast is not good either. I do not recomend any of the hotel restaurants, it has made our stay less enjoyable. Spa (sauna and jacuzzi) is in bad conditions.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love customer services. People are trained well . Guard by the entrance was little bit rough though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great
Cons: They charge for internet
7.7 Good
Pros: Me gusto la marimba pero deberian ponerla todos los dias no solo fines de semana
Cons: Esta un poco retirado y mas actividades para ninos y los precios de las comidas un poco caras yo hiba con ninos y los precios los senti un poco caros
5.0 Okay
Cons: We had a person knock on our door at 10am reminding us the check out time and then received a call from front desk us to remind us the same thing which was very rude and had never happen to me anywhere else...

Cons: Rooms are on small side
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really enjoyed my stay in Los Pasos. I felt very welcomed. I also booked my trip to lake Atitlan through the hotel and I wasn't disappointed I had a great time. Overall I really recommend this place, it's all you need: nicely decorated rooms, it is quiet (good place for light sleepers) but close to everything and also serve nice breakfast. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.
Cons: Only one small suggestion: It would be nice to print small paper map of Antigua for the guest's
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was so charming. The outdoor courtyard and the upper terrace were lovely with all of the flowers. Our room was nice and clean with great views. The staff was incredibly helpful with confirming a dinner reservation for us at a popular restaurant down the street, and they arranged for our private transportation to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!
Cons: No complaints
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room and hotel! Delicious breakfast and lovely staff. All in a great location. We’d be back!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our airport transfer was smooth and easy. The included breakfast was a good variety and the room was nice and clean. Perfect location.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The food and the rooftop views alone were worth the price and then some.
Cons: Building next door can get loud a little early...
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Small place only 20 rooms very charming colonial style, the gardens, the size of the rooms, hot water, the staff service, very clean
Cons: 1) Terrible Internet service we could not talk with my other family members back home as the communication kept cutting off, 2) There was a construction on the roof going on starting at 8:00 am and kept going until 5:00 so it was impossible to sleep after 8:00 am and impossible to nap after Lunch, very noisy due to hammer and drill noises : ( 3)The breakfast was not a buffet it was a la carte and there were not very much options to choose from and was a small amount.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, and the view from the rooftop while eating made it that much more of an experience!
Cons: Couldn't complain about anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast. Beautiful setting. Best of all: the staff.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the facilities, the location, all the details in the room
Cons: Can't think of anything
8.2 Excellent
Pros: The location, the ambience, the rooms and the food were all great. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the stay, the only complaint (if a true complaint at all) is the service speed. We would sometimes order drinks and would not get it till 15 - 20 minutes afterwards. After that, we would rarely see the waiter.
Cons: Service speed needs a boost. While not horrible to ruin our experience, it could've made it so much better and pleasant.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed super comfortable and good facilities
Cons: My room didn’t have shampoo, conditioner only body lotion, we asked for one queen bed and they give me a double bedroom with no chance to change I hope they could give me at least a late check out but they didn’t...
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel design and location were perfect. It’s a fairly big hotel with lots of amenities, but doesn’t feel crowded. It still has a boutique hotel feel. Cleaning staff do a great job, the room was spotless.
Cons: Ordered a pickup from the airport and they never scheduled it. Not the end of the world but when I informed the staff at the desk they were adamant I never requested such service. I obviously had the message chain on my phone and when I showed them there was no apology offered. No big deal as there are plenty of easy ways to get there from the airport at a fraction of the price of their private car service. Just strange they were reluctant to admit they made a mistake.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely professional hotel by any standard but especially in Guatemala. A well-oiled machine, and very family friendly, with a kid-friendly pool, playground, kid's club, cribs available, even kid-only toiletries! It was also very quiet. This was a welcome respite from more difficult travel around Guatemalal.
Cons: The restaurant has a nice enough menu but execution was spotty at best. Our breakfasts were poor, and the drinks need a lot of improvement, from smoothies (so gross!) to some of their "signature cocktails". Also, given how kid friendly they are, the Kids' menu was very lame and all options had meat (our kids won't eat meat). How hard would it be to have a quesadilla or bean and cheese taco option, or a pasta? They also would not make a kid's size or style pasta for our son despite having a bunch of pastas on the normal menu.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would absolutely go back again.
4.5 Okay
Cons: El precio demasiado alto para el el hotel, habitación pequeña y comida regular
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Maybe next time I would like a room away from road

Thank you for your understanding, we are working to provide you a better service. "
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, warm, charming and devoted personnel, especially Claudio and his colleague who carry your luggage. They also came to empty the used coffee out of the machine so that it would run again. Out of 3 nights I stayed here, on 2 mornings I had the same issue. Obviously, the second time, I just emptied the coffee out myself, but I think the manager should ask the employees who walk by the machine to take a look and make sure there is no red message indicating that the machine needs emptying. Especially in the mornings when a lot of people have a coffee. Replacing the other, older coffee station with a new one would also add leeway. My room had a small living room downstairs and the bed- and bathrooms upstairs. I can't remember whether this was mentioned in the room description as I reserved several rooms in various towns in one sitting but I thought you should know. There's a mini bar the drinks in which weren't cold enough (the coke foamed in my mouth). Not sure if it's adjustable, I didn't feel like kneeling down in front of it to take a look. There's an ice dispenser in the corridor but it was empty. Found another one in another corridor. Beautiful bathroom tiled with beige stone ! Beautiful fixtures. Water pressure in the shower was a little low for my liking, yet more than adequate. It's not adjustable - I suppose that's what I missed. The toilet worked very well with a powerful flush. Nice, thick toilet paper, too. Bulgari soap and shampoo and conditioner; thick and fluffy towels. The bed was incredible. Thick mattress, thick mattress topper, 2 linens and 2 comforters made me feel perfectly relaxed and held in place. I slept 2 hours more than I usually do. This has got to be the best night's sleep I've had in years. Not tried the bar, restaurant or whirlpool, so I can't comment on those. Highly recommended establishment !
Cons: The coffee machine needs emptying on a regular basis, especially in the mornings, so that people can keep making a cup of coffee. Once it's made 30 or so coffees, it stops working until someone empties it. Given the small cups, I guess some people make several. I know I needed 2, and I'm not a big coffee drinker.
5.0 Okay
Pros: bed
Cons: room had no windows no potable wter provided in rooms no pool only a large jacuzzi. lackluster food in restaurant
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent, walking distance to most places. The breakfast was so good, very complete with natural juice, traditional food from Guatemala, and may options offered in the buffet.
Cons: The dinner however was just okay for the price. The staffs seems not so good in service for the type of restaurant and food they served.

Pros: Nice place
Cons: Fan in the room would be nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is helpful. Bathroom is clean with hot shower. Located in the historic area. Breakfast was prepared earlier so I can eat before early shuttle
8.0 Excellent
Pros: There were some very noisy people who woke me up at 3.15am when leaving. Staff moved me to a much quiter room for the remaining two nights and were very good about it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beds very compfy. Lots of sitting areas inside and out Good breakfast.
Cons: The canon fires directly behind the building but it was all quiet all night. The street is busy outside but not noisy and leads easily to the centre of town. Laundry ran until about 5.30pm and was a bit noisy but not a major issue.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooftop & breakfast restaurant
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooftop with amazing view. Sat there with a very watching volvano fuego erupt lava every 5 minutes or so. Perfect location too and cute decoration.
Cons: Loud party music Saturday night and thin walls. Church bells rang every 15 minutes from 5 am til 6 am at the very nearby church to call for Sunday mass. So the Saturday sleep wasn't great but Sunday night was fine.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel in quieter part of town with nice common spaces and lounges. Staff was great in helping me plan activities and excursions.
Cons: For a hotel that costs almost double what other nice areas in the option do, be weary of service at the most expensive hotel in town. I found the service at breakfast completely sub-par: the staff was unable to accommodate any requests or slight changes off the menu. Also, do not book transfers through the hotel as they charge more than double the average going rate. Also, no rooms on the second floor (half of rooms: all standard rooms) have a window, only a skylight. I found photos of the rooms misleading.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was a la carte, no buffet. The quality of the food was very good.
Cons: The rules what you were allowed to choose (what was included in the pre-paid) were not clear.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were beautiful. Grounds were fantastic. Breakfast was amazing. Nice touches everywhere. Meringue's for the guests. I meant truly 5 star place.
Cons: Honestly nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This a beautiful property and the king suite was perfect for wedding anniversary. It’s a small property which means is not very crowded. Food was very good. Service at the front desk was ok.
Cons: I asked about check out time after our breakfast and they offered me 1:00pm however at 12:00pm I was getting phone calls to leave the room.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Poor service for what you expect of a boutique hotel
Cons: Rooms were small for a suite ! Nice bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, very comfortable bed. Jacuzzi in private garden. Friendly staff.
Cons: The breakfast smoothies are watery, stick to the juice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hands down, the best hotel I have ever visited. The space is breathtaking. And the light incense and music softly playing throughout the grounds adds to the dreamy atmosphere. We had an amazing time and will remember the amazing staff forever.
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer!

5.0 Okay
Pros: The restaurant is good, the service is good, the food is delicious. The location is great, unless you mind the noise.
Cons: I read the hotel was noisy, street noisy and party noisy. I was ok with that, since I'm used to that kind of noise, but I did't expect "construction work at 6:00 a.m. noisy". It seems they are doing some work right by my bedroom. The workers got there by 6:00 a.m. EVERY DAY and started talking right by my ear and also started hammering at that time too. I told the staff SEVERAL TIMES, they told me they were their workers and they would tell them to start later, but the situation never changed. In my case, I was at a convention and did need to wake up early to be at the events at 9:00 a.m. But, as I told them, supposing I was on vacation, they would have really ruined my stay. The day I could have gotten up a little bit later, they woke me up at 6:00a.m. also. So, my bad rating is for doing nothing, when they could have done something. Don't stay in room 111. And don't stay at all in the hotel if you are noise sensitive. The church bell rings every hour, and you can hear it. The bedrooms are not in the best shape.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and staff the mika the kitten
6.0 Good
Pros: The staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: Music from 7.00am till 10.00pm was intrusive and repetitive. Irritating.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Plenty of hot water before 8 am and after 9 pm. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant front desk staff.
Cons: Outside only tables for dining. Waiters set up for breakfast at 6 am dragging tables and chairs around. The outside music starts at 7 am and is loud enough to be heard out in the street. The housekeeing staff starts dragging around the outside benches at 7 am. The housekeeping staff will literally mop around your feet while you are trying to open the door to your room. The rooms are in general disrepair, the bathroom shower enclosure was filthy & there was mold in the concrete surrounding the tub. No blackout curtains so between the noise and the 5:30 am sunrise, this is not a place where you can come to relax in quiet.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was great
Cons: Bed not comfortable
7.9 Good
Pros: The location and friendliness of staff in reception.
Cons: The staff in the restaurant was very inattentive. The room we had opened to the patio where the restaurant is and the door didn’t seal at all, so you could hear everything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Excellent location under the Santa Catalina arch and next to main bars / restaurants. Beautiful colonial hotel with traditional Guatemalan decor. Friendly staff.
Cons: There can be a bit of noise during the day / night due to location. Wouldn’t expect too much of a lie in as the rooms back onto the courtyard restaurant. But all places are going to be noisey in Antigua due to location. Mattress could have been a bit softer - was quite hard and bathroom a little more up to date.

Pros: Great location and facilities. Friendly staff.

Location-wise, it is an easy 10- 15 minute walk to the central plaza, numerous cafes, shops and other attractions. There is an on-site restaurant that serves delicious food and drinks for surprisingly low prices. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. 6.7 Good
Pros: Nice and big garden.
Cons: Cold rooms, poor restaurant (open only until 16:00, lots of food finished every day)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a wonderful "at home" atmosphere, with nice gardens and vegetation. Also that the hotel has everything one needs att value-for-money. Pool, jacuzzi, spa-service, standard breakfast included, wifi and parking.
Cons: To be a 4-star hotel, it needs to be a bit more client-oriented and more staff on-site. For families with strollers or people with difficulty walking (or on wheelchair) it's difficult to access to pool / restaurant areas. Wifi didn't reach all areas of the hotel.
6.0 Good
Pros: The hotel building architecture and grounds were very nice. These are the pix you see in the ads.
Cons: The shower head was completely dysfunctional. The beds were hard. The room was dusty. Our bathroom was never cleaned and one of the ‘clean’ towels had a bunch of black hair on it (my family hair is blond). The front desk staff were uninterested. This is a great property in need of good management and some remodeling and a stronger customer-oriented focus. There are more signs about what the customer should NOT do than there are mops, dust pans and cleaning activities.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The architecture and grounds are exquisite! The breakfast and coffee are very good! The restaurant staff is very friendly and give great service.
Cons: I arrived early, and they did not allow an early check in, so I went to the restaurant and pool to wait. They did not seem ready for guests. The pool was dirty, the restaurant could could not make change when I paid for my meal, and the restroom had no tp. When I did check in I asked for help with my heavy suitcase, explaining I was recovering from a knee injury and my room was on the 2nd floor, up a staircase, the receptionist said she was sorry but the bell boy didn't come in until 6p.m.!!! But then when another employee saw me struggling up the stairs, she came and helped me, for which I was very thankful! The beds are hard and not that comfortable, and I could hear the people in the next room, which woke me up at night.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Attentive staff
Cons: No swimming pool
5.8 Okay
Pros: The overall look of the hotel is colonial and matches the Antigua Guatemala vibe/feel.
Cons: We stayed in room 209 which has a window facing the hallway and stairs, one of the bedroom’s curtain was too short that it didn’t cover the whole window... therefore you have an outdoor lamp facing you all the time. There’s almost no ventilation in the room, only windows too hard to keep open. There’s no fan inside the room so it gets extremely hot. You can basically hear everything that is going on outside the room.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Just the gardens. They were beautiful. But that’s all I can say.
Cons: No hot water. No pool as advertised. Beds were the most uncomfortable that I’ve ever slept in here in Guatemala or anywhere for that matter. Hard and sheets were scratchy. The breakfast was terrible (not even real orange juice... it was Tang). The owner and staff made no effort to make amends. This is the most I’ve paid for a room while traveling in Guatemala (mostly because I really wanted to have the pool) and it was by far the worst place I’ve stayed. There are so many better options. Don’t stay here.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Quaint, beautiful gardens, good sized rooms
Cons: The gym needed updating

Pros: Staff were fine and it was cheap
Cons: Location in booking is wrong it is much farther from the centre, much older and run down than it looks in the photos

7.0 Good
Pros: The room was simple but clean. The balcony is nice to chill on with great views. It is a great location to explore the city. The desk is manned 24/7 and the lady who runs the hostel is soooo friendly and helpful. She booked us all our shuttles. She is a very kind lady.
Cons: The kitchen was quite cramped, so we did not use it. The dogs go in and out of the kitchen so it doesn't feel clean. The dogs are also feed inside.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Loved this place. Excellent location, all the top sights and bars/restaurants are no more than 10 minutes walk from the hostel. Excellent views of the 3 volcanoes from the terrace. Kitchen is small but well stocked and the hostel provides coffee, tea, milk, purified water and another of herbs spices and condiments for free. Room is basic but comfortable, great value and our room even had a view of volcano agua from the bed, great sight to wake up to. There are 7-8 (I lost count!) super cute husky dogs in the reception and communal area downstairs but they are very friendly and surprisingly quiet. Also the lady behind the desk (who’s name I’ve sadly forgotten) is amazingly helpful and friendly and will tell you anything you need to know about the surrounding area and has plenty of stories beyond that too.
Cons: Nothing at all I didn’t like. Would just say that if you don’t like dogs then this hostel is not for you. They do a good job of keeping it clean and burn incense to help but there is the unmistakable ‘doggy’ smell downstairs that comes with housing that many dogs.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good, cheap price for a hostel in Antigua... the owner was very helpful and friendly. They had a ton of really cute dogs at the time which were also pretty loud :P
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely owner with her 16 husky puppies, very cute and she was great at telling us about Antigua. Lovely friendly atmosphere.
7.9 Good
Pros: The roof terrace is great and you can see the volcano erupting, especially good at night when you can see the lava. Good location only a few blocks from the centre but quiet and away from the party scene. Safe and secure down a driveway which is locked at night. Dogs are really cute and friendly but there are about 10 of them so if you’re not keen it’s not ideal.
Cons: Rooms are a little pokey and could probably do with a fan.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The most welcoming family style hostel ever, especially with all the mental puppies! Amazing kitchen and the friendliest people with enough stories to write 677272 books - thank you for everything captain Tom and the team ❤️
Cons: If you don’t like dogs this isn’t the place for you, isn’t tip top clean all the time but they really do their best and can’t help you enough with anything!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Bed was good and room had a good size. Owner was very friendly and helpful, the huskeys are nice and funny even though I am not the biggest dog lover. Kitchen was really well equiped. Hot showers. Wifi was great (in some other hostels they struggle with having a good wifi) and roof top terrace was nice with an amazing view on Fuego at night if there are no clouds at least
Cons: Building looks a bit outdated. Bit a lack of atmosphere
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Hostel ran by amazing people. There are a lot of dogs there if that's not your thing, but they're cool and safe. Was able to book a cheap tour to hike Acatenago here as well.
7.0 Good
Pros: We liked the helpful advises of the host and the warm welcoming. We liked the fact the host booked an excursion for us in last minute.
Cons: We didn't like the ten dogs in the reception because we are a bit afraid of dogs.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This hostel is a great choice for budget travelers. Good location, very nice owners, well-equipped kitchen and a roof terrace with amazing views towards volcanoes. Great place to meet other travelers also. The private room was big enough and with a volcano view. Common areas and bathrooms are cleaned daily. The huskies are super-cute and friendly.
Cons: Nothing to complain about really, we liked this place a lot. Maybe it's not for people who don't like dogs or have allergies, though the dogs don't enter the rooms of course.

Pros: the staff and the service were great, and the bed was comfortable. It was also a very pretty place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room, views, super clean, extremely nice people.
Cons: Excellent location, new rooms, very quite but 3 blocks from the main squares in town. The ladies who run the place are very very nice. The WiFi is a rocket. The view of the volcano is just breathtaking.

Cons: All that I expected
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet hotel no noise at night...no dogs barking....maybe I was just lucky
Cons: No chairs to sit in just outside your room. There were table and chairs at the end of the hall but I think they were designated to certain rooms . They had number on them. I was on the lower level of hotel.

Pros: Great facilities, super nice staff and comfy beds! The whole hotel is just perfect for a relaxed and pleasant holiday and reception will help you with anything they can and offer advice. 100% recommended!
Cons: It’s not super centric but definitely walkable distance from restaurants and bars

Pros: Fantastic for those looking for a bit of privacy just outside of town. The customer service was 5* and the rooms were incredible.
Cons: There are no restaurants super close and the hotel only serves breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful facility! Amazing views and great breakfast! Friendly staff and overall a fantastic stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were friendly, everything was clean the breakfast amazing, the only thing was the code in the gates but I understand is about security. The suite was too close to the reception I could hear noises but besides everything was good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A tranquil oasis on the edge of the historic quarter. Our room was beautiful, staff always helpful, and breakfast good. Great to have on site parking and a small swimming pool for warm afternoons
Cons: The bathroom needs a bit of upgrading
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice traditional boutique hotel managed by nice and attentive staff. Very beautiful location just 10/15 minutes walk from the center of Antigua with a great terrace overlooking the fuego vulcano.
Cons: The forniture of the rooms could be improved, our room which was a junior suite was pretty dark. No minibar to refrigerate water and no availability of bottles of mineral water (which is an issue with no shops around). Breakfast can be improved, limited selection and not of excellent quality.
