Rodos Palladium Leisure & Wellness - Ammoudes - Building

9.2 Excellent (1,506 reviews)
₹ 8,395+
Overview Reviews
The Rodos Palladium, the island’s most awarded deluxe hotel, harmonically combines discrete luxury and authentic quality. It is renowned for its exceptional service, elegant restaurants with fine Greek & Mediterranean tastes, cosmopolitan bars, and large tropical pool. With its impressive banqueting and conference facilities, it is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Uniquely situated in an area of 30,000 m2, Rodos Palladium enjoys a premier beach front location, right on the Blue Flag awarded sandy & pebble beach of Kallithea. The hotel is in close proximity both to the City of Rhodes, with its splendid Medieval Town and its famous historical sites, as well as to the island’s places of natural beauty and the traditional villages of the superb east coast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It's a great complex with lots to do onsite. Yoga and other activities daily is really a touch.
Cons: Need to get the bus to near towns.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great hotel with fabulous staff and very nice room with sea view. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and it was quiet as I’d requested. Stayed on halfboard and both dinner and breakfast were superb.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Resort was great! The location of the hotel and the beach was fantastic. We had amazing weather and the sea view from our suite was impeccable. The facilities are spotless and the staff is very friendly and always great you by saying Kalimera! We had breakfast included which was good, just wish there was a little more variation in the food they served daily, there is a lot of options but it gets tiresome after 9 days.
Cons: Overall the resort was fantastic the only downfall were the beds. The hotel puts 2 double beds together to make a king which makes it uncomfortable to sleep in. My expectation when going to a 5 star resort is to have comfortable beds as what is advertised in the amenities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is great, the staff is friendly and welcome and the hotel's facilities are great as well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so friendly and room was great!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, helpful staff. Breakfast is pretty good- alot of variety but nothing to get too excited about. The location is good if you plan to just be on the beach or at the pool, but if you want to travel around a little you'll need to rent a car or use taxis/buses
Cons: Small details annoyed us- we took half board- at dinner they charge even for water (you cant get tap water), 3.5 euros for a 1 liter. Also you need a deposit to use towels...small things but I think it's unnecessary
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Private beach, Shower room for the checkout day, great staff.
Cons: Deluxe room was listed with a Queen Bed. We arrived and got a twin bed. We were told by the staff that Deluxe rooms only come with a twin bed & a thick cover which they forgot to place over the bed. They later added the thick cover and the bed was fine, but I still wouldn't list it as a Queen bed, especially as I filtered hotels using this parameter and chose Palladium partly based on this. Twin bed with a thick cover ≠ Queen bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Third stay to the Rodos Palladium and, this time again, we liked everything: great service, excellent food, beautiful outside (swimming pool, garden, beach), sleeping rooms and dinner rooms very clean, professional and smiling staff (special thanks to Nikoletta), good location. We will come back for sure.
Cons: Nothing
7.9 Good
Pros: Very nice well-cared territory. Strong WiFi working even at the beach. Convenient beds. Good cleaning, shampoos etc were replenished daily. Good hairdryer.
Cons: Inconvenient pillow. When you arrive, staff parks your car and carries your luggage. When you depart, nobody cares. 10 euro deposit for worn beach towel looks inappropriate in 5 stars luxury environment. Restaurant suggests grate variety of food, but most is rather basic. I'd exchange the number for more interesting dishes. More sea food expected. Officious service with tea/coffee at breakfast. Have to wait for waiters. Coffee is not the best. If you come to the beach late, it's difficult to find free sunbed. A lot are reserved by absent people. May be its the reason, or may be just there are no enough.

Cons: Restaurant reservation system
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous stay will definitely be going back
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You don’t need to go out of the hotel everything is inside... perfect family activities.. the food is 5 stars .. the location maybe best location of Rhodes.. the sea is so special , clean water less wind than other areas ..believe me it’s what you look after it if you have family...
Cons: the elevator was crowded so it’s take long time ... the rooms not isolated very well , you can hear Your neighbor
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All include
Cons: Better having gluten free products
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really nice and even helped me to reserve a table even though there "weren't" any available tables.
Cons: There are some restaurants that required a reservation, even though there are available tables. The thing is, you can reserve a table for a date that is past your checkout date and I presume that is the reason I could not reserve a table during my staying even though I saw a lot of available tables.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were really helpful and welcoming. George at the creperie place was amazing he served with a smile and entertained us from our first night till the last. He served fast and was always accommodating when the creperie was busy. The girls serving at the brunch and Asian restaurants were lovely and very friendly. They got to know us over our stay and worked extremely hard. The guys at the beach bar and pizza on the beach were also very good. We have a lovely time at the resort.
Cons: The tea time needs to be removed or replaced. We went during our stay and served with cold tea, no milk and used plates. The lady serving us seemed like she wasn’t interested. The spa should be included in the price they charge. The gym was good for weights but the lady did not bring water bottles for the gym frequently enough and we had to keep asking for water.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent clean and very organised
Cons: Perfect setting
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Every thing was great and extremely amazing !!!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The landscape, the sea, the gardens, the sunbeds in the pool and in the sea are really good. Breakfast and restaurnts are good. Cleaniness is very good
Cons: The sun umbrellas are not very effective, and they can not be adjusted. Swimming pool closes early (6:30) Apart from the Kalithea Thermes is not possible to have a nice walk around the hotel. The beach is pebbles and not easy to walk, the road behind the hotel is busy with cars. The TV in the room is small and not very good. The gym lacks a little bit of space and equipment.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is magical, the beach is almost private, the gardens immaculate, the pool was a delight. The quality of the food, breakfast was pure heaven. The staff polite, professional and yet friendly. By the second day, they knew our favourite table. We had a sea view from our balcony and each evening we could sit on the balcony and listen to an open jazz or opera concert that the venue had put on. It was a perfect stay, such that we extend the stay. Will definitely go back again!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: wonderful hotel. great beach. good pool. everything kept clean and tidy. very nice, polite and helpful staff. excellent breakfast. we had a very relaxing vacation and hardly left the hotel, everything was there. even a very big and efficient supermarket.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM CAUSES THE WHOLE FLOOR TO BE WET AFTER YOU USED THE SHOWER AS THE DOOR DIDN'T SEAL PROPER.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Food, facilities, location - a great vacation.
Cons: The elite club staff was surprisingly unhelpful and unpleasant relatively to the other staff which were great.

Cons: Every thing was nice and your staff are so kind
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bad was amizing
Cons: the food was ok
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were at this hotel also last year. This is the hotel to choose if you are travelling with children. Lots of pools and some slides. Great UAI buffets, good food, great variety. Hotel is very clean. The rooms are quiet. Location is great, it is at the beach and near Rhodes town, you can get there easily buy bus. Bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very helpful. Enough stuff at the restaurant, quick and pleasant service, though some days the buffet restaurant was very full. We stayed in a sea view room on the 7th floor. Great view and nice place to enjoy live music from our balcony. Certainly will return to this hotel.
Cons: The lounge near the lobby looks dated, though it is not, it’s not cozy, it needs some interiour designer touch to make it more comfortable. There was one discusting situation at the pool. An Aquagym trainer jumped into the pool with his sweatty clothes and shoes on after sweating for about 40 minutes on the shore. He took off his t-shirt while in the pool and rinsed it in the water. The whole entertainment team jumped in too! Fully clothed. You should wash yourself before using the pool, not in the pool! Hopefully this was an one time situation and will not happen again.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We like the designed and the sizes of the rooms, the restaurantes, the food and the service were really good., The pool is nice and has an adults area. And the most important thing is the amability of the staff.
Cons: The shows in the evening are too simple, not enough atractive.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: I think the food at dinner could be better and we tried the Italian a la cart restaurant - not very good food and I think the service was bad.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The water park is good for the kids and nice swimming pools
Cons: The junior suite was tiny, a lot smaller than a standard hotel room in most hotels. The hotel has no vibe, feels clinical and the food and beverage is not good quality, although all inclusive, but it’s very average so you don’t want to eat it. Overpriced for what it is.

Pros: The hotel was clean and lovely, right next to our private bit of the beach with sunbeds which were included in our price. The food and drinks were plentiful, great pizza and crepes next to the pool each day. The entertainment staff, especially Eleana and Spaghetti, were good fun and the hotel staff were all great. We couldn't have asked for a better, relaxing October half term week. We had the deluxe family suite which had wonderful views overlooking the beach/sea and was plenty big enough for 3 adults and a teenager! Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Cons: The gym needed a little updating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Has everything you would ever need for a holiday to Greece
Cons: There was no room service
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing, it is a disgrace
Cons: Everything. It is like something from 1980.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: the beach is excellent. the food was O.K, not the best, but nice variation and quite tasty . all over, its not a luxury hotel but the average combined score is quite high, and we liked it very much and we'll definitely recommend to friends and we'll be back when possible.
Cons: the coffee was bad! . the animation team was very amateurish and poor, except the children animation girl that was good and the Greek night which was excellent!

Cons: Food
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The Greek night entertainment was exceptional
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They ignored our initial request, but second night and some money, 30euros they gave us twin beds and a walk in shower.....and sea view!! Mother in law and I cannot sleep in the sleep in the same bed! She walks badly with a stick (stroke)!
Cons: Bad attention to initial request.......

4.6 Okay
Pros: The coast was good and the food was ok.
Cons: Ala carte restaurant was so bad. They could not cook. The other was ok but there was a limited local food. The facility was so noisy until late hours of the evening because of animation and music. They never care that you like it or not. Additionally there was only towel and soap in the room. There was no cream or other additional personal care products.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Animation activities.
Cons: Opening times for gym/swimming pool and gym’s maintenance.
6.7 Good
Pros: Room view. Beach restaurant. Ladies at the reception were polite and helpful.
Cons: The restaurant looks more like a student cafeteria than a 4 star hotel. I have been in many same or better priced/rated hotels around the world and the overall service was better.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The buffet line was pretty nice. A wide variety of starters, salads, main dishes, desserts, drinks. Delicious baklava. Coffee machines and coffee itself are quite good. Empty dishes are replaced immediately. The territory of the hotel and facilities are fine: beach, pools, volleyball field, tennis court. Sport animation within a day helps to keep fit (that is really hard while sunbathing all day long with all inclusive buffet)))
Cons: Bathroom is that small that it is impossible to close/open the door. Bath threshold is very low, so all the water is on the floor. There is nothing in the room for your convenience that is supposed to be placed in hotels: no cosmetics, no vanity or dental kits, no shower caps, no bathrobes, no slippers, no paper notes, no pens - only soap and body wash. Upon reservation we were informed of welcome compliment due to our wedding anniversary, that could be nice but we got nothing..) The main problem is sunbeds which are occupied with towels since 7 in the morning! Despite the paper on the information boards, most of the tourists are running to the beach before breakfast with their towels and come back for sunbathing only after 10 or even later. Some measurements should be done for sure. Bartenders are very dissatisfied in case you ask them for something a bit different from the menu. For non-drinking people bar menu is rather limited.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Allmost all!!
Cons: The elevator wasn't working more than 24 hours.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything from check-in to check-out was absolutely superb. Food, room, animators, staff... Near is bus station to Rhodos town and Faliraki...

Pros: I liked food in the restaurant.
Cons: Wi-Fi Internet was not accessible from rooms and from the beach. It was accessible only from lobby, main restaurant and pool area.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food was perfect!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good clean hotel with very friendly staff - say hello to Stavros the older gentleman at the lobby bar
Cons: There is a 'policy' that's clearly stated at the dining room entrance that long trousers are to be worn for evening Dinner. There was nothing on the booking site to state the same nor on the hotel website that i could see. I was told daily i had to wear long trousers but i didn't have any with me nor did i intend to purchase
7.1 Good
Pros: The food it was very good, beautiful view from the room, good clean om the room!
Cons: The rooms need some renovation!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I love hotel food people. We had nice swimming pool and Nice bars.Them have umbrella on the beach and it was nice because then give new towels on the beach. We love this hotel
Cons: I don’t like because the playgrounds and other activities for children was close and the animation finished too. I don’t like this voucher for massage too I can not use because you can use only 2 first days and I didn’t recognise this so I want to book the lady was busy when I meet somebody to book it was to late so I was disappointed with this
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly stuff. Great value for money.
Cons: The food was quite basic. Rooms need renovations.
4.2 Okay
Pros: View from the room.
Cons: Bar staff were not polite. Rolling their eyes when you ask them to pour you some milk in your coffee or not to put you lemon or ice in your soda. If you wanted the relaxing, peaceful holiday this is not a hotel for you. The animations team will make sure that you have no peace and rest through the whole day up till 11pm. Expect screaming and loud music around noon with aqua aerobic, screaming in the afternoon for waterpolo, and more loud noise till 11pm with some karaoke. Even on Sunday, when animation team has a free day, they made sure to bring some DJ and turn the music so loud you cannot talk to each other in your room.15min if free massage turned out to be 10min filling of some questionaries and 5min massage. Baby cot was broken. The beach is pebble and stone 2m after you enter the water, we had to go to Faliraki public beach to have a nice sandy beach. The food was quite rubbish too. This was the most terrible vacation ever!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Room 808 door not working properly and shower will flood.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is my third stay in an Esperia group hotel and every single time it's excellent. It is very easy to get here from the Airport (first you take a bus to Rhodes city centre, then to Faliraki, going out on Waterpark station). The staff is friendly, helpful and nice, the drinks are great and the food is delicious. The beach and the pools are clean. The other visitors are decent.
Cons: Just maybe a little bit more variability of breakfasts? The rest is great.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Dimitris the barman was super
Cons: 2 separate beds instead of kingsize bed
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff the staff the staff and again the staff :) everyone was always smiling , welcoming , warm and super helpful, we felt highly attended all the time. Facilities: wonderful, theres everything one needs.
Cons: Hotel mini market closing hour Wifi access points can be improved Animation for younger people
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had all inclusive board. The breakfast, lunch, dinner was high quality. Wery good food and beverage manager and the staff did nice job. The receptionists were very kind. On the beach are parasols and deckchairs . You can change every two days the towel. You can have all drink ( water, beer, coffee, cocktail ,) all day. We would like to go next year too.
Cons: The bed was a little soft, and , we often could smell a canal in the bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: Relatively small hotel, clean and cosy. Friendly staff. Tasty food at the restaurant. Great variety of sea food, cheeses, fruits and even sushi + good hairdryer
Cons: Weak WiFi. Mobiles often lost connection, had to re-enter network credentials. Rather inconvenient beds. Air conditioner was rather noisy. There is no outlet in the bathroom or nearby. May be it's good from safety standpoint, but there is no place to shave. Bath-tub is very narrow. The room is pretty tight. Crashed into TV set distanced from the wall at least twice. Balcony is small too. Had to wait long for elevators! Separate restaurant with traditional food looks like bad joke. Common one suggests much more interesting food. Once noticed that dish just served in snack bar was wrapped and moved by the staff member in unknown direction. But in spite of multiple small disadvantages we had really good stay over there

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the service, the friendliness, the resourcefulness and professionalism of the staff, the room and the view (yesss, the view was gorgeous). The souvenir shop and the hair salon are both really nice.
Cons: There is nothing I disliked about this hotel. Big thumbs up. Professional staff, lovely atmosphere, great food and excellent location.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good and the hotel is, by taxi, only 15-minutes from the airport or 5 minutes from the Old Town. Otherwise the place has little atmosphere and is just too big for my liking.
Cons: On arrival, we were "upgraded" from the VIP room which we had reserved into a room on the 16th floor of the main tower of what from outside looks like a huge office block rather than a hotel. The "upgrade" was into an ultra-modern room, so far so good, but then the disappointment on our faces when we saw the shower and toilet!! How any architect and/or hotel owner can truly believe that guests might actually like the layout is beyond me! Maybe I am just old-fashioned, but I just cannot find any reason whatsoever to have the shower and wc as part of the bedroom, separated only by some glass. Surely everyone needs at least minimal privacy occasionally but there is none and to make matters worse there are mirrors everywhere, even on the walls surrounding the toilet itself. We therefore requested to have the more conventional type of room we had in fact reserved but none was available till the next day. So next morning we were offered a room as booked and which, to our joy, had a regular bathroom with a door and walls! Although not the sea-view double room which we had booked, but a rear-view twin-bedded room, we still took it. As for the hotel itself, it may qualify as a 5-star hotel but it is 4-star at best. Some of the hotel policies are unacceptable, such as the extra charges for using the tea or coffee sachets provided in the room, the fitness centre or having fresh orange juice at breakfast. The road between the hotel and the (mostly stony) beach is the busiest on the island and although there is an underground passage (mind your head!), to cross anywhere else can take quite a while, so definitely not so ideal for families with young children or pushchairs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly service! Room is nice Bed is comfortable!
Cons: I was book room with bath top But you don’t give me the room I book ! So why booking show up your Room is with sea views & bath top ! If booking show this ! And You tell me the room i book is no bath !Is just like you are lie ! That not nice to be honest! If you don’t give Guest room with bath ! Please ever never show up on the booking.com Your room is with bath up ! You must need to be honestly describe all the details! Don’t make any cast so confusing! Thanks for you willing to do better job !
4.2 Okay
Pros: Rooms were clean.
Cons: The staff is very unprofesseonal and mostly did not have a clue of how to serve a guest. We did not feel welcome at the hotel. They have tried to update the hotel, but dot't reach the standards of five star hotel - not even close. There are majour lacks in safety - anyone can enter the hotel, take a lift to suites and come knock your door. The saff did enter the suite without saying anythin to the guest! The flags outside the hotel were torn and shredded, which is a total disgrace to the countries. If you can't afford a proper flags, take down the flags in shreds! A similar neglect continued inside the hotel. Waste of money to stay in this hotel - better service and facilities (and safety!!) can be found in Rhosos three star hotels. Staying in this hotel was a surprise but not a pleasant one.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Hotel close to beach and parallel footpath for jogging.
Cons: Food at breakfast of poor quality. For example cereals were stale. Shower in room not working properly. Atmosphere in hotel very impersonal and did not feel welcome .
4.6 Okay
Pros: The breakfast and lunch were decent. Well located to the beach (chairs not free though). Lots of restaurant around.
Cons: Everything cost extra money e.g. the gym 5 euro per day. The room air cons barely work hold the room at 24 degrees Celsius (not a very good when you want to cool down). Rooms look nothing like advertised and are lot worse. The breakfast is good but cold. The staff are mostly fine but the front staff who will deal with you when issue occurs are very rude. The towel system is poor when arrived early they refused to give a towel as we hadn't officially got a room yet. When arrived a request was made for two beds, they denied they ever saw this. However, email evidence from booking.com and from a communication from the hotel itself confirmed they had seen all this. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. A better 3 star hotel.

Cons: Very comfortable, renovated. Location is great. Staff very very frendly

5.0 Okay
Pros: The only place we felt good and the friendly staff attitude towards the guests and the best cocktails we've had lately were at the pool bar.
Cons: The food at the hotel was like a bad express restaurant, not at all a 5 star hotel. For a period of 10 days, nothing new was on offer, either for breakfast or for dinner.

Pros: Attitude of staff was great

7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel has spacious rooms but the interiors need refurbishing. The overall facilities are great. The on-site restaurant provides good options for breakfast, would definitely recommend greek a la carte restaurant. They provide a free 15 min massage. What makes it better is the hotel staff, every one of them made every effort to make our stay comfortable.
Cons: Lot's of broken sunbeds at the beach. Constant struggle connecting to wi-fi. Food variety could be improved. Poor room cleaning.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Best features: The water slides – were nice, the kids enjoyed them The pizza served by the pool was good The Greek yogurt served at breakfast The hotel staff is very nice.
Cons: The Hotel is old, it is mostly felt in the beds – the mattresses are VERY old and should have been replaced twice over. The A/C not working properly in the rooms (either freezing or hot), the TV channels are very few, no proper content for kids in English. The meals in the “restaurants” are very basic and the food is very similar to the food served in the dining hall, felt like a waste to eat there. The room we ordered was to be a room “in the main building” specifically but the room we were provided was actually in block 4000 (the main building is block 1000, than there’s 2000 and 3000 and the next building is 4000), the room felt very neglected with very old beds. After several complaints made to the front desk staff we were moved to the main building, where the beds were a little better, the A/C worse and the TV disappointing. The hotel surrounding feels like a deserted village – nothing to see or to do. In the hotel lobby there was a photographer that took our picture and then charged us 7 EURO per picture – which was blurry, in this day and age – who does that? Why would anyone let this ridiculous photograph hustler work in a hotel? Our vacation was mostly – disappointing. Not horrible, but certainly not as good as we were expecting or hoping. Mostly due to the shortcomings of this hotel where everything was somehow – less than it should be.
6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel was close to the seaside. Liked that there is a lot of entertainment for kids.
Cons: I was missing more options for breakfast, for example, the packages were really hard to eat even my son is "Pancake person" he was rejecting them because they were dry, simple change sometimes the breakfast choices because not all the people eat English breakfast every day. Pool water for babies was really cold as funny as it sounds. To close to the airport the planes were flying every 10min.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was extremely perfect! The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. A large variety of tasty food. The kids enjoyed the waterpark. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider spending future vacation there. Very recommended especially for family vacation!
7.9 Good
Pros: staff were very friendly and informative, enough food choice for all including vegetarians and children. many swimming pools, therefore a choice of quiet and relaxing ones or some with music and entertainment. car rental near hotel were great, easier to drive there than e.g. Spain as less traffic. near enough for day trips e.g. to Rhodes old town. the burger restaurant was good in the evenings. unlimited drinks and ice cream good and snacks. the small water park was great fun. very handy that you can request to pay to stay in room til later if late night flight home.
Cons: the beds were uncomfortable. we did report back to hotel and booking.com when they called but nothing was done about this. the food in the main restaurant was not great, and was not relaxing, so we went to one of the other restaurants instead. many cats around but they won't bother you if you ignore them.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room spacious and clean, nice bathroom, friendly staff. One pool without constant blaring music was a blessing. Great food at the Greek A La Carte-restaurant.
Cons: Most food not Greek, catered to foreigners, mainly Brits and Germans. Restaurants noisy, and crowded, at outside restsurant long queues for pizza and Gyros. You get two vouchers for free 15 massage, but must be booked in first two days, spa staff just want you to pay more for upgrades. Adults only pool /quiet pool would be great, as would be a bar you could swim to, now just screaming kids everywhere, and people at restaurants hoarding too much food, then wasting it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The food was very nice, the staff really kind. Outside pools, garden and facilities are great.
Cons: The only thing that I didn't like was the bed, not really comfortable.. and the air conditioner is old and a bit loud.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place with excellent location. Beautiful beach with turquoise water. Excellent food throughout day. Nice facilities, perfect place for children. Rooms were clean, slightly outdated, but really nice. Excellent seaview.
Cons: Aircon old and loud, needs a little bit refurbishment.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, pool were very nice with loads of sun beds available. The water park is excellent for the children. My hotel room was lovely and very modern, the bathroom was very nice. The food was your normal buffet standard, repetitive at times but that’s to be expected at any all inclusive resort. In the day time however the snack bar down by the sea front serve lovely kebabs and pizzas which are a very good treat! The cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The one area where this hotel could improve on is the entertainment. In the day the entertainment team are based around the main pool, but the pool itself is very deep and not suitable if you have young kids. So if your not around that pool you miss out of the days entertainment. At night the entertainment is usually held in a separate tent that is not accessible by wheelchair. Around the main bar in the evening or even the day time it would be nice if there was some sort of music played as there wasn’t much of an atmosphere. The location of the hotel is very close to the airport which is lovely but there’s not much around it in terms of shops or markets. A cab into Rhodes town or a journey into Faliraki is needed for shopping.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the dissability access even right on to the beach. Loved the swimming pools and facilities for the kids. All staff friendly.
Cons: Pool water was a bit chilly but otherwise all was great.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It is a very nice hotel. We lived in the "Premium Guestroom Sea Front". It looks just like on the pictures. In general there are many reasons to return exactly to this hotel: - The room and the hotel are very clean and comfortable - The room is equipped with the small kitchen with all the necessary dishes and electrical household devises - We had a cleaning everyday with changing of the bed linen and towels - The room is very close to the sea - The staff is very friendly and helpful - There are many activities for both adults and children - The roomservice is very good. We ordered some dishes and were please with the speed and the taste.
Cons: There is a terrace in front of each room of this type. If you are lucky to have noisy neighbors with lots of children who are doing everything on this terrace (eating, playing, sitting and talking, screaming etc.) at the end of your vacation, you may have a filling that you have just become a one big family... Actually due to the close distance between the rooms, it is rather hard to relax on your own terrace or just with the open window in the room... This complaint is not with the hotel it-self but with the upbringing of people nearby...
6.2 Good
Pros: Good for families with children and for those who never want to leave the hotel to explore and thus get all inclusive.
Cons: Bed was super uncomfortable. Went with TUI so price was too expensive. If you book directly with the hotel it’s much cheaper. Super loud music by the pool - cannot enjoy it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff and the manager Mariano
Cons: Havi g to pay for drinks on half board
6.7 Good
Pros: Loved the location and we had an incredible view of the sea from the room. The sunsets are beautiful. If you want to travel anywhere its really convenient as taxi come quickly and the airport transfer is really speedy.
Cons: I didn't like the miserable bar staff and kitchen staff. they were sad and grumpy. The food was old and chewy. The cocktails were pre-made out of a bottle and expensive 8 euros and tasted like sugar syrup. Its cheaper and nicer to buy from across the road at the supermarket and bring them back to drink. Also the local restaurants (Greek and Italian) do really nice cocktails much cheaper than the hotels yukky ones. The sun beds were old and broken and they charge you for towels! Its a good hotel for the location but would not suggest eating or drinking there as its not very nice unless you have no other choice. Also its on a flight path so an aeroplane flies over every 7 minutes! bit noisy.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Not a lot I didnt like. Lovely hotel, superb friendly welcoming staff. Very good value for money as well.
Cons: Wasnt a lot I didnt like. Reason this wasnt higher was simply because, as 5 stars go I have stayed in more luxurious hotels.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely pools and well kept gardens. Extremely comfortable bed!
Cons: Nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: 1) We really liked our room: the separate seating area, as well as the absence of the carpeted floors (seen in some photos here) was a very nice touch. We also liked the seaview and the spacious balcony (but beware of the swallow nests). 2) The wonderful staff of the hotel: excellent service, attentive and friendly. Thank you!!! 3) Several pools, underground tunnel to the beach. 4) free car parking area. 5) clean, calm beach, fast service at the beach.
Cons: It is rather an excellent four and a half star hotel than a proper five star one. Several things that come to mind: 1) The breakfast: it only included a rather mediocre filter coffee and a really cheap supermarket brand of teabags. Basically if you're a coffee enthusiast you have to order decent coffee for a very expensive price (we ended up adding two coffees worth of nine euros every day), and if you're a tea enthusiast - too bad! Also, no selection of fresh juices included in the breakfast. Otherwise, the food selection, especially the Greek corner, was very nice. 2) the beach towel system was way too bureaucratic: you were entitled to only one per day, and even that you always had to pick up and return in the spa center. 3) A tiny shower cabin in the bathroom.
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is good and in a fairly quite part of the island. It is also close to some nice restaurants at reasonable prices and the beach.
Cons: The hotel needs renovation and updating, and I would not class it as a 5 star hotel. The room was nice however had no sound proofing, we could hear the rooms upstairs dragging the chairs around which was frustrating at night. The tv was an old flatscreen and the only channels were in German. The staff around the pool were young and lacked the experience and service expected for the money spent.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lots of swimming pools and excellent sea view room
Cons: Good structure but really overcrowded, had to wait to have breakfast due to too many people queued. More like a 4*.
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Bungalows need to be renovated.. for this amount of money it should be really nice modern luxurious..
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location close enough to airport and Rhodes town in a quick taxi. Far enough from busy areas to feel quiet and relaxed. Refurbished deluxe bedroom was nice, beds were comfortable, slept well. Bathroom was spotless. Buffet breakfast had huge selection which was enough to not require lunch. Private beach was lovely. Pool service staff were great for bringing you a cocktail whilst sunbathing.
Cons: Unless you went to the buffet dinner there was little choice for vegetarians in the other restaurant, however they did their best to provide something on the 1 night we ate at the hotel. After check out we were told we could use the facilities in the spa to shower and change. This area felt more like a budget 2 star hotel which is a shame as it's your last impression of the holiday. The shower room stank strongly of drains, the shower doors don't close together so the floor gets wet, there was no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel, the toilet door had no lock and there was no soap at the sinks.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Downstairs pool area, up stairs pool area.
Cons: 1. Rooms not clean, found toenails in the room which stayed there all week with the dust under all the beds. 2. Minimum Entertainment for kids. 3. Had to wear trousers to restaurant. 4. Only allowed to use other restaurants once a week. 5. Could not connect to the Wi-Fi at the hotel. 6. Could not wear shorts in the main restaurant and forced to wear oversized trousers provided by hotel as I had none of my own trousers.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly and helpful staff
Cons: For a 5* hotel it should have better especially the food

Pros: Very friendly people. Enjoyed my stay.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice hosts, big pool, good breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nothing flash. Laid-back atmosphere. Great (big) swimming pool.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good value hotel. Clean and friendly. Quite basic (air con is an extra worth paying for) but to be expected for the price. Good location for airport.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was offered on website but Host said they didn't do it but would if we asked.....?... so we asked and a wonderful buffet was put up for just the two of us. Also a great pool with loads of space...this is what we had seen on a previous visit that made me give it a go.
Cons: No sound insulation so rooms were VERY noisy. You can here every conversation in every room. The rooms were very basic even for this level of accommodation, and I have stayed in many in Rhodes. There was a roudy bunch of French lads with no sense of manners or respect for other guests but nothing was said to them to perhaps be a little quieter at let's say 0430. That was left to me. We left and went to a trusted hotel nearby.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean and bright rooms. Room was cleaned every day, very nice. Pool area and backyard garden was very nice. 1 min from the beach. Very very good meal!!! amazing. Real oasis for people who is looking for take relax and good vacation. SUPERB!!!
Cons: HMMMM, I have to say nothing to this section.
6.7 Good
Pros: near the airport
Cons: The rooms were chilly when arriving. Furthermore, the beds were hard and therefore uncomfortable. The airplanes were passing all the time during the day (not during the night) and of course making noise. The breakfast was good anyway..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, near to the center and with many opportunities to explore Rhodes. It worked like a “base” for me so I used the bus for my trips around. Great breakfast with variety of goods, friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and renovated rooms! Amazing pool. The food was great and I had the best cocktails. Whatever you need just ask the reception and the will provide you with all the information needed. I recommend it!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really friendly staff. All of the receptionists, cleaners and waitresses were greating you with a smile, truly the whole team made you feel welcome. Breakfast was always really good and varied. Comfortable, airconditioned and clean room. The pool bar has amazing greek food, also worth to try the music events held twice weekly! Close to the beach with great kite and windsurfing spots nearby!
Cons: The hotel is being close to the airport, aircrafts are passing close. The noise was not disturbing.

Pros: It's bedside the beech
Cons: That was an family from the states they were very very very noisy day and night and the manager did nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was really good and tasty. Room was clean and comfy.
Cons: AC is turned off from 30th of September, so it was really hot to sleep (this wasn't mentioned to us beforehand). Planes flied over the hotel like in every 20 minutes which was noisy (fortunately at night we didn't hear them).

Pros: wonderful hotel. great beach. good pool. everything kept clean and tidy. very nice, polite and helpful staff. excellent breakfast. we had a very relaxing vacation and hardly left the hotel, everything was there. even a very big and efficient supermarket.

Cons: SHOWER IN THE BATHROOM CAUSES THE WHOLE FLOOR TO BE WET AFTER YOU USED THE SHOWER AS THE DOOR DIDN'T SEAL PROPER.
