The car was ok for size and comfort. BUT...Still in dispute over alleged additional damage to the vehicle on its return. We were not involved in any accidents, but europcar staff say there are additional scratches on the vehicle for which we are responsible. In the photos they sent as evidence, there are small, very minor surface marks which would polish out easily with a cloth. Is this how they make their extra money or am I just being cynical?
