The pool was great and the location.
The rooms were made up late in the day which was a little frustrating.
Had to change rooms because there was no sofa bed for the third guest, then when we did the bed was so uncomfortable, after spending 3 weeks travelling new Zealand this was by far the most expensive hotel which did not live up to expectations
No air conditioning, no mini bar.
The location and view were nice.
An alarm (think air raid siren) went off repeatedly for an hour in the middle of the night. The power went out as well and other guests pounded on a locked outside door extensively to get someone to let them in during the middle of the night. Though it is common for hotels to not have air conditioning, the unfortunate thing about our experience here is that people smoked on the balcony next to us and we had to have the windows and door open to keep it cool. It wasn’t a good fit for us.
The rooms are small and hot and stuffy. There is no ventilation and air conditioning and it was very hot when we were there. We asked for a fan but they did not have one for us
