Pros (+) I did not like the rude staff or owner it made everything horrible !
Cons (-) We reserved a pet friendly room . We were harassed for having the pet . To the point my wife left in an ambulance to Martha's Vineyard emergency room ; what a nightmare. The owner did not even apppologize she even insulted us further . The island is wounderul just this hotel is horrible !

Pros (+) All the physical features and fixtures of the room were of high quality and in top shape. The public areas were spotless, with interesting thematic display cases of items from Martha's Vineyard history. The staff was friendly and responsive.
