On pickup the attendant looked like he'd rather be anywhere but there. The car was kinda beat up - little dings and scratches along with some damaged trim. The car was old enough that it didn't have compatibility with Apple Carplay or Android Auto- an exceptionally basic car for what we paid. I understand that it's the peak of vacation season in PR, but this car was not what I had in mind when I rented. Lesson learned.Reviewed 18 Jul 2025

The first car they gave me broke down in less than 3 hours of driving to my air bnb, it was as if they didn’t even check to make sure the car was in working condition. But they did get me a new car right away. Just sucks that I wasted an entire day of my vacation stuck on the side of the road waiting for them to pick it up.Reviewed 6 Jan 2025

Didn't like anything the price was too much I paid too much after I put it on the side and it tells me just this amount and when I get there they charged me almost $600 plus the car was not comfortable inside the seats were dirty Sophie's roadside feeds deductible feeds personal protection feeds Municipal text fees airport Access fees facility charge fees energy feeds license fee vehicle access fee I don't even know what the hell is that I think they charge every fee there is in a book my experience with Thrifty never againReviewed 12 Oct 2024

Booked at set rate for honda crv didn't have the car when I arrived and gave me a smaller vehicle which barely fit our luggage and charged me additional $175 in fees not disclosed when I booked online. The mitsubishi eclipse cross is not in the same size category as a Honda Crv which is why I booked.Reviewed 18 Jul 2024
