Pros: The staff was outstanding Hilary Cohen was the best. Ms. Cohen went out of her way to help make my stay as pleasant as possible. She also provided the same diligent service to other guests Both the day manager (a younger man whose name I forget) and evening manager were exceptional. All the people who work there were helpful and friendly. The Hotel also had unique glass artwork which gave the place character. I would highly recommend anybody to stay at this Best Western.

Pros: The location is very good, one block from the beach. There is no water view, but the walk is 3 minutes to a very good part of the beach. It's a 20-minute walk along the beach to the old town, with beachside cafes along the way. No need for a taxi if you like to walk. The suite has a sitting room/kitchen with a door to the bedroom and a door off the bedroom to the bathroom, so privacy like a small apartment. The decor is all white, simple and clean. Happy with the room.

Cons: Room cleaning is poor, they have missed two days out of five and were not that thorough. Breakfast is the same every other day and very modest, again for such a price, it is poor. No room service at all. Room was very small, like many hotels in Japan! It is hard to fit in washroom and I am not a large person. Room had a broken window latch, no sound proofing from noisy road nearby. Only shower, no bath. No bar.

Cons: We spent a night before our wedding in the hotel and needed to have express dry cleaning, we were told that it would be ready next day at 2pm but when we came to give the clothes we were told that it won't be ready until 4 which is too late as we had to leave the hotel around 3 already.
We have asked for iron as well and the one given did not work and ironing board was broken. We were offered to have our clothes ironed and we had to pay for it, even though we would expect to have it as a complimentary service as the provided facilities did not work and we were misinformed regarding dry cleaning service as well.
Not so many guests usually need these kind of things when they stay in the hotel but the problems we faced using this services were quite an issue in our situation
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location was great. Lovely views from the balcony and central location close to Carmel Market. Rooms were clean and bedding was comfortable.
Cons: The staff was rude and unfriendly. We requested an early check-in and their only solution was to check into three time as expensive a suite. When we asked if it was possible to book the suite for one night only, they said, it was policy to only book the suite for the entire duration of the stay. Overall, the vibe was that the staff only wanted to extract more money from us without being helpful. There was no feeling of warm hospitality which is expected from a 5 star property.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: beautiful hotel, excellent location, room was very nice design and comfortable,
Cons: Smell of the WC. was very unpleasant from moment we checked in, and especially in the mornings.

Pros: The breakfast here is epic to say the least - fantastic spread and also an additional choice of a hot dish cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself is highly rated in Tel Aviv (particularly for dinner), so we knew the breakfast would not disappoint. If you plan to have dinner there, make sure to book in advance. The room we stayed in was a bit on the small side, but it was well designed and to be expected in a central location in Tel Aviv where space is a premium. Our room had a Nespresso machine too, which was great! The location is only a few minutes from the beach and the hotel provides you with beach towels, so we were there each morning!

5.0 Okay
Pros: I have been staying at this property for many years now - it is centrally located.
Cons: The staff is getting more arrogant by the day and don't understand what "service" is. Specifically the staff in the restaurant - top notch arrogance! No changes to a dish are 'allowed for' this while you are the customer! having the front desk manager order a taxi for you accepting credit cards is a true pain, seems they can only order taxi's which operate with the GETT app, would be good if they just tell their guests this upfront, ( Gett being the Israeli "Uber") so you don't need to even bother to ask. Wifi is unstable. If you are a business traveler rather stay elsewhere, breakfast only starts from 7 with slow service!

Pros: The location is the ONLY reason to stay at this place.

Pros: The hotel in in an excellent location just by the beach. The breakfast is great rich and served for quite long time. The view was great from our room. The room was clean.
Cons: The swimming pool was not operating and was looking very old. The bathroom was very small. The rooms are old, although clean and well maintained.
7.9 Good
Pros: Location on the beach, excellent breakfast at the buffet, staff very friendly and well organized to answer special requests ( shopping area, transportation to the airport, etc), near good places to eat.
Cons: The rooms are very small for the price and so is the balcony...I understand this is not the US or Canada but still...; also the traffic is very heavy and the location of the room near the main street is far from ideal
1.0 Poor
Pros:
Cons: When I got to the room the toilet was full with shut and pee and the only thing they did is changed the room, a manager couldn’t step to apologize and I would expect a small gesture to be sent to the room just for the feeling that they care which didn’t happen, the toilet itself in my room could barely flush as well

Cons:

Pros: Location is lovely.
Cons: Very old hotel but they pass it off as a 1930’s theme yet it’s just an old dated bulging and the rooms are dated. Staff very lazy and rude. Far better to stay in another hotel.

Pros: Very attentive staff. I stayed at the hotel during the fall/winter season and their airconditioning unit was mainly used for heating. As a result, the room was quite hot. I prefer to have my room very cold (~20C or lower). The receptionist was very responsive and immediately provided an electric fan to make it more comfortable.
Cons: I could hear loud music coming from somewhere in the hotel (or maybe from a club outside?) until around 12 midnight. I stayed in a room on the 1st floor, facing the street. I would have loved to open the window to further cool down the room, but it was simply too loud outside.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was fabulous with a great view over the seafront at breakfast. A wide variety at breakfast which was absolutely wonderful. The staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The room welcome is wonderful with treats and just really thoughtful.
Cons: I tried to go to the restaurant one night and waited for about 5 minutes to be seated and ended up walking out as there were 3 or 4 waitresses but were all hovering around a table all opening wine!??
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location - only a two minute walk to the beach, plenty of shops, grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance. Nice breakfast buffet and complimentary snacks during the day. The AC in the room I was checked in initially was broken so I was upgraded to a room with a sea view.
Cons: The walls are rather thin so you will hear when your neighbor turns on the shower or speaks loudly. Since I’m a rather light sleeper, I unfortunately didn’t manage to get a decent rest during my stay. The hotel is relatively clean, though it certainly needs some upgrading, e.g. my shower door didn’t close all the way so every time I took a shower, the bathroom semi flooded.

Pros: good breakfast, nice location
Cons: dusting bed ledge needed

Pros: Great little spot to relax near the beach. Quiet. Clean. Close to Jaffa if you're up for an historical experience.
Cons: Parking takes some getting used to. Hotel is on a one way street. But they have a deal with the owner of the small lot located North East of the hotel entrance. A very small lot, but I always had a spot. Otherwise, there is a sizable lot to the West if the hotel. Although it may cost a bit more to park there.

Pros: The food was outstanding. Both the breakfast buffet and the food at the bar were excellent. The breakfast buffet was the best of all the hotels we stayed in. Location of hotel was great and the rooftop garden was nice.
Cons: The rooms and bathrooms were minimal. Ikea type of furniture and not very comfortable. Elevators were small. Manager of the hotel messed me up by emailing me incorrect information literally the day I left on the flight for our stay in Tel Aviv. I was very stressed about it, impacting the traveling from San Francisco to Tel Aviv. It was resolved when we got to the hotel in Israel. It was very unfortunate that she did this, and I really resented the imposition and the stress it caused.

Pros: We liked the staff. This includes reception people, restaurant people and managers.
Cons: The room. It was located directly opposite the construction to the south. We were awaken each morning at 0700. The shower drain was blocked with hair and the water leaked and made a mess. The wifi was poor in the bedroom but ok in the front room. The air conditioning stopped working one one occasion. We felt that room #303 was a room not normally given to guests. Cons: I was told I was being upgraded to a larger room which meant they put me in the basement (didn’t realize it was a basement until I open the blinds and saw dirt and a sewer grate. Anyway, it was musty and to top it all of these cockroaches kept finding their way onto the bed. I also heard the staff mocking a guest who complained about the smell of her room after they got off the phone with her. It really was an insane experience.

Pros: Perfect location in front of the beach. helpful staff. Rooms were clean and well equiped. The breafkest was small, and almoust handmade. The best thing in hostel is roof !! amazing viev and climate. I reccomend this pleace for sure !
Cons: small breakfest
6.0 Good
Pros: The receptions are all very nice.
Cons:
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, directly in front of a beach. Wonderful breakfast in on the rooftop. The rooftop is really great - nice view, comfortable places to sit and take a bear while watching the sea. Staff very kind and helpful. Room was very clean. Clean towel every day, a lot of shower soaps in disposition. Nice family atmosphere.
Cons: A little bit noisy during the night, but it is not a fault of the hostel, of course! Tel Aviv is a really complicated city for parking.
5.7 Okay
Pros: I liked the location. it is on the beachfront
Cons: It was more like a hostel than a hotel. The hotel part is deceiving.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room was good. I was not expecting breakfast included that was a welcome bonus and great value for money. I will definitely recommend Beachfront for whoever is going to Tel Aviv. Locations was marvelous. Riding a scooter takes 10 minutes to Old Jaffa as well as to the other end of the Beach.
Cons: Bathroom was smelling really bad and as sharing the room with 4 more people the floor was not clean as I expected and I as my colleagues complained as well I believe cleanliness is under everyone's expectations and should improve. My review was going to 9 instead of 7 that was meeting my expectations.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location is super, at the beach, near some good restaurants.
Cons: for 110€ / night you would expect a little bit more. Breakfast was very very very bad. The hotel is dated and needs some refreshment.

Cons: For size and amenities it seemed a bit high but it is truly the best on the boardwalk when you factor in location.

My friend arrived first, 6am, and the receptionist helped her to organise a day trip to Jerusalem. Thank you!
Cons: The water in the pool could be a bit warmer. The girls at the executive lounge made us laugh, we turned up a bit late one evening and wanted to get some of the food, which was still on the counter. They just said that the dinner was until 8pm and took the food away from us, like literally as we tried to scoop some humus she just snatched it away from us. Ok, we were late but come on, let the guests to finish serving themselves before cleaning it! :)

Pros: Very clean; comfortable bed; spacious room and bathroom; beautiful sea and city views; great location; friendly staff
Cons: Breakfast wasn't included, and seemed unreasonably pricey to add on; no mount in shower for shower head, so you're required to hand-hold the shower head -- it's difficult to shower using only one hand!
4.8 Okay
Pros: Location is great. That seems to be the only positive especially considering the cost.
Cons: I had my headphones stolen from my room. I met with hotel security and was consistently told that they were looking into it, but 2 days later have still not seen action. I will be disputing the charges for Kt last nights stay.
Showed them my travel cars on the last day and have not received my refund for the travel tax.
Beds were uncomfortable and same quality as a kibbutz. Room was not clean as well as there was hair in my bed and the shower and sink were dirty. Not worth the money and would advise against others staying there.
Staff appears nice, but couldn’t do anything without manager approval and did nothing to resolve the issues of the tax and stolen headphones.

Pros: Location.
Cons: Staff was unpleasant during the check in. They dount accept EURO for paiment.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location, very close to the beach and cycle path. Roof top pool was nice, but the water was very cold.
Cons: The builders were doing work nearby [upstairs]. If I was wanting a relaxing time unwinding in my room, it would not have been possible due to the noise.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was nice and clean. Nice Balcony overlooking the Mediterranean Sea was a great Bonus. Breafast had a good variety
Cons: Price was on the high side, but this is general for hotels in Tel Aviv anyway
