Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. Many found the rooms functional and the staff generally friendly, but some noted cleanliness issues, small room sizes, and a lack of amenities such as elevators. While the atmosphere and design touches were appreciated by some, others were disappointed by the absence of certain comforts and inconsistent service. Overall, the location was the standout feature, though improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities would enhance the stay.
