Staff at Rainier Enterprise was quick and courteous; very helpful. Car was nice, though interior could be a little more clean (small spill on center console, just needed touch up). I would use this facility again

they maxed out my credit card double charging me, told me if I put $1500 on my debit card I could rent a car FOR ONE DAY I will always warn people about Hertz

I was unable to receive my rental car reservation because Enterprise overbooked reservations for the 4th of July holiday weekend even though I booked the reservation far in advance. Enterprise then subsequently placed me on a "waitlist" (I was never contacted for a reservation). I was forced to figure out alternative plans last minute.

Called to cancel rental a week in advance. Called hertz and was told to go to hertz.com to cancel. I followed the directions, filled in the confirmation code and my last name and it said my reservation was canceled. A day before my reservation I got an email reminding me of my reservation (that I canceled?). I went to cancel again and my reservation never showed up so I figured it was indeed canceled. Apparently it wasn’t and I was still charged for the rental when I did cancel. Not a great place to rent from since you can’t get ahold of anyone and the cancellation process was not accurate. Do not recommend

They told me they didn’t have a car. They tried to charge me more money. And then they tried to give me a cargo van instead of a car. The place was filthy. The reservation did not say they closed at 5:30 nor that (according to them) I only had a 60 minute window to pick up the car.

I’ve never experienced such poor service from a rental car agency…we were offered 3 cars to choose from, the first one we chose was still being cleaned and looked filthy so we went back and asked for another. This time the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and seemed slightly cleaner, but not much. There was no walk-around done by staff to identify any damage to the car. The office was difficult to access due to being locked at all times and the only employee we saw was busy cleaning cars and waved us off so we decided to just take the car and leave. After driving off the lot we realized the gas tank was only 1/4 full so quickly had to stop and fill up. When we explained these issues on drop off at another location we were simply told, “you should have turned around.” I won’t be using Avis again at any location.

When I received my car rental I asked if it was ok to drop my car off early due to our flight schedule. I was told it wasn’t a problem and left. I called today just to ensure I could drop my car early and he said he didn’t open until 8 AM and that I needed to call Avis to change it and make sure the fees were waived because it wasn’t my fault that he wasn’t open. I called and talked to two different customer service representatives because the first one wasn’t hearing what I was saying. I was told we had to pay a $75 fee due to it not returning to the original location. I don’t understand why I have to pay a fee when I asked before I got the rental in the first place if it was fine to drop it off early. Now that I’ve verified I can’t since I double checked, now I’m charged. Frankly, that’s ridiculous and this fee should be waived.

Staff was rude and pushy. Flight was delayed and I couldn’t pickup until close to closing time. Then they tried to overcharge me and refused to honor original price unless I turned the car in early.

Honoring my request to change vehicle locations.

We were an hour early for our reservation and they didn't have our car ready to go. But they did offer an upgrade for just $10 more per day...it was worth it.

the staff was great at pick up and drop off. The vehicle was incredibly dirty inside and the outside was filthy . I was so surprised as it was such a nice newer car.

Got a nicer car than the one I reserved. Excellent service at pick up location though did have to wait a bit. A little pricey. Car in better condition than most rental cars I've had- mostly external blemishes (interior clean).

We reserved a car, specifically at the Seattle airport. When we arrived, we were told the location was somewhere in downtown Seattle, and we could take an Uber there. But then we couldn't because it was 4pm and the office was closed for the day. We never got our car.
