You lied to me about the price. I was charged more at the rental company, so I called and was told not to worry. But I received my bill yesterday and the charge is the higher one.

Pick up and drop off was easy. The car didn’t come with a full tank, which means that when you return it, you always return it with more gas than you picked it up with. This always feels like a trick by the rental company to pass the cost off gas off to the customer.

Pick-up truck

Good customer service on both ends and easy pick up and drop off. Biggest disappointment was receiving vehicle with 7/8 gas tank…so impossible to return at same level. Ended up returning with full tank and thus, paying for your company’s inability to provide a full tank. Felt cheated. Also, vehicle was filthy inside.

Convertible

We rented a specific car type for our costal California trip. When our car experienced a flat tire we had to trade in for a different car or pay for the repairs ourselves and try for reimbursement. Without knowing anything about the area and it being after hours we had limited options. Moving to a new car was not very convenient and it took away from the rest of the trip. None of the staff even seemed concerned or apologetic for the interruption and not sympathetic to try and assist me with finding the same type of car.

The car was nice - worked out well for the drive

Cons:

The sales agent spent my entire checkin working to up-sell me and to my knowledge upgraded me to a bigger SUV when I booked the largest one I could to a cost. The car smelled like weed the entire time too.
