We had a prepaid reservation for a mid size SUV and they charged our Visa 3 times more for a supposed upgrade, We were never told we were being upgraded and, for sure, never agreed to an upgrade. We got a Volvo XC 60 which is a mid size SUV, so it never even occurred to us that an upgrade was done.Reviewed 4 Sept 2025
