Pros (+) Moments after checking in, we were offered a ground floor room as opposed to our 3rd floor room which was our original choice. We jumped on it an d it was a great room.
Cons (-) The breakfast selections ran out quickly but the staff tried to keep everything up and running. I really have no negative comments.
