Pros: The crew all right ,the seats not that confort.
Cons: Flight was 2-1/2 hours late departing and no updates were provided during the entire delay

Pros: Early and short flight but friendly In Flight staff
Pros: Very short flight but at least water bottles were offered.
Cons: The airline lost my luggage from the plane to the ramp. Then the response was that they did not what happende to the bag.

Lack of Customer Service
Cons: They cancelled my trip and asigned me another flight three days later without any credit or some reward! They did nothing!!!!
Cons: I tried to cancel this flight several months ago after the hurricane wiped out our rental house and you guys would not allow it. So I did not take this flight and will not book through you guys again.

Cons: These planes are REALLY old. I flew on 4 flights with Seabourn. It’s time to update the fleet!
Terrible Hurricane Policy
Cons: Due to the hurricane, we were unable to travel. Seaborne wouldn't even give us a credit, we would have to pay a transfer fee to even move the flight to a later date.
Flight canceled and terrible follow up service
Cons: Had to stay overnight - still fighting for reimbursement for flight. Probably screwed on the hotel bill as I did not want to go to the low end hotel they were going to put us up at.

Pros: i DON'T UNDERSTAND HOW WE WERE ABLE TO LEAVE 20 MIN EARLY AND THUS LAND 20 MIN EARLY. I UNDERSTAND THAT SEABORNE WANTS TO HAVE EVERYONE READY TO BOARD EARLY BUT WHAT ABOUT THE PASSENGER WHO IS JUST ON TIME.
Cons: Extremely hot unable to hear flight crew speaking through speaker. Had to sit on plane and wait for aircraft next to us to leave over 15 mins
Poor front desk service
Pros: Seaborne is usually a pretty decent airline, haven't had any significant problems before this.
Cons: I guess it was my fault for not double checking but according to the booking site my bike charge was $60. This seamed reasonable as most major us airlines charge around $100 and Winair charged $20 on the way there. Turns out it's $200 which is more than I paid for the actual ticket. Very unfortunate as I would have never booked with them in the first place had I known the real charge. For anyone traveling with sporting equipment I do not recommend Seaborne at all. Lady at checkin was pretty poor service as well. Learned my lesson and will stick with winair!
Boarding Group Uncommunicative
Pros: The flight was easy and quick.
Cons: The gate agents were uncommunicative. We were nearly 45 minutes late boarding and nothing was said. The flight showed a "boarding" status for half an hour before anything was said to us. I can handle late departing flights, but I don't like when no communication is provided explaining the issue.
Stole my tablet from my carry on

Gate Staff is helpful they should find a job with
Pros: The gate staff did what they could to help stranded passengers. I have nothing but empathy for them
Cons: My daughter and I were on 2 different airlines I was stranded in St Thomas and she was alone in San Jaun. There isn't enough room to write all that happened on my last two trips on this airline so I will leave it at "there is no way I will book a ticket with Seaborne again!" Their schedule the post is pure fiction and they cannot be trusted if you have plans or connections.
On board Seaborne Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x36x23cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Seaborne Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
