Pros (+) No breakfast served. WiFi did not work. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean, a big plus.
Cons (-) More seating accommodations. One bench, mostly under the hanging clothes, was inadequate. The bed was a bit too high to offer comfortable seating (fine for sleeping - just not for sitting).

Pros (+) The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk. The bed was also incredibly comfortable!
Cons (-) The curtains were dirty and the TV didn't work but we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it didn't ruin the trip.

Pros (+) The first time we stayed here, we were pleasantly surprised. It looked just like a little budget motel. The room turned out to be spacious and clean with a very beachy vibe. The beds were decent too. Walking distance to the boardwalk!
Cons (-) On our second visit here, it was like staying at a completely different hotel. The room felt like it was made for one bed and another one was shoved in. Sheets were stained and the beds were way less comfortable. The shower was almost too small to properly wash and could have used a remodel. It looks like. $100 security deposit was taken out of my account, but that was never mentioned when I made ...

Pros (+) CLOSE TO WHARF AND BOARDWALK.
Cons (-) BATHROOM DRAINS WERE PLUGGED. THE ROOM IS OUT DATED FOR THE PRICE. MOLD IN THE BATHROOM AND THE WALLS LOOK DIRTY. THEY CHARGED A PARKING FEE OF $10. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD HAVE TO PAY A PARKING FEE WHEN YOUR A PAYING GUEST OF THE HOTEL.

Pros (+) I loved the closeness to the beach boardwalk and the down town area is so close
Cons (-) Seemed like it was a more of a permanent residence for some guests we had to switch rooms because they were being really loud and obnoxious and there was supposed to be no smoking and they all were smoking outside our room. Pros (+) Somewhat friendly , we went to a concert at the catalyst and it was perfect in walking distance and to the boardwalk. Perfect if you staying for a night.
Cons (-) The floors were filthy, my socks were black. The parking fees and other fees added on at time of check-in that weren't mentioned at the time of booking, I was not pleased about.
