Guests overwhelmingly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with multiple reviews highlighting positive service experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. However, there were significant concerns about cleanliness, as many guests reported dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor housekeeping. Additionally, several reviewers were disappointed with the breakfast, describing it as inadequate or not as advertised. Overall, while the staff received high marks, issues with cleanliness and breakfast detracted from the experience.
