We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful Catamaran Resort!! It was like being at Hawaii! The room was very beautiful and the beds were super comfortable! Our family loved the waterfalls, tropical birds, amazing koi ponds, and the excellent restaurants! Also, the daily activities, like the movie on the lawn at night, were an extra plus! We can't wait to stay here again next summer!

Cons (-) One of our neighbors talked loudly on her phone about 3 am, with her voice carrying into the garden. We closed our patio door and it was okay.

Pros (+) Location is a 10! Great for a young family. Beach without waves on the bay just out your door and the glorious Pacific Ocean just across the street literally a 2 minute walk. Our family had a wonderful time there. My daughter won't stop talking like a parrot after being fascinated with the birds. Great restaurant also.
Cons (-) Just needs an updating on the rooms, hall's bathrooms.

Pros (+) The catamaran is a beautiful tropical property on Mission Bay. There is lush tropical vegetation and a distinct feeling of Hawaii. The restaurant and Bar are close to the water and provide a beautiful and relaxing setting for business or pleasure. The rooms themselves are vintage, meaning that they could use updating.
Cons (-) Rooms needed updating. No noise insulation from outside, although the other guests were respectful and quiet on a Monday night.

Pros (+) They have the best beds and pillows! We liked the separate bedroom and living areas with refridge and coffee maker, which was easy to use and enabled me to make my morning oatmeal. Was nice to have a view of the Bay.
