Pros (+) The employee at the desk during check-in was kind and helpful. My room and bed were a good size and the view was nice.
Cons (-) Walls were a bit thin, so children/loud guests were easily heard.

You can't come to the UP and not expect to see crowds, there were a lot of people in for a early breakfast before heading out to the ferry's for Mackinaw Island, the staff ...
Cons (-) The amount of geese walking on the grass and near waters edge. They leave behind quite a mess, there should be some way to control this. We avoided the bond fire held at night because of this, you couldn't see where you were walking and stepping on.
