Bed & Breakfast Al Vicoletto

I told the owner and her daughter what time I would be arriving and they weren't there when we arrived and had to wait outside for 15 minutes at night in a questionable area of town. When we finally got in it was very hot and stuffy. I asked where the air conditioning was (as was stated online that was in every room) and she kept pointing to a fan. I have previously stayed here once and that room did have air conditioning but the woman denied it and pretended she did not speak English even though 2 weeks before when I stayed there she explained everything to me in very good English. Be careful because it is very hit or miss and they will lie to you about the rooms.
