Pros (+) Location, view, decorating, balcony, free wifi, price.
Cons (-) Room was tiny, the lighting was terrible and dim- one bedside light cord did not reach outlet, no closet, iron and board on the floor. In the bathroom there wasn't a space for toiletries in the shower. The desk chair was way too big for the size of the room. Lots of construction nearby may bother light sleepers.

Pros (+) Really easy check in, in and out. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and there was street parking. The convenience factor was great

Cons (-) no working elevator room was on 6th floor! no hot water the mattress had a huge dent in the middle of it.

Pros (+) The room was very small, but modern, clean, and nice. We would stay at this hotel again. The rooms are too small for more than two people, so I would not recommend this hotel for a family.

Pros (+) Nice rooms, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood just off Manhattan, easy access to subway.
Cons (-) Thin walls. Noisy neighbors made for a long night.
