Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to access attractions, shopping, and public transport. The staff consistently received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, often going above and beyond to accommodate guests. Many reviews highlighted the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, particularly the beds. However, several guests noted that the elevator was small, old, or inconvenient, and a few mentioned minor issues with breakfast or bathroom amenities. Overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
