Pros (+) The staff were incredibly helpful. I left a electronic item in my room. They called me before I realized it was missing. We arranged a forwarding address and the mailed it to me. I will always be grateful and will stay with them every chane I get.

Pros (+) The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful. They gave discounts and express their enthusiasm.
Cons (-) The location was questionable. The cleanliness was far from acceptable . The covers had holes in them and the sheets had stains. I found a live cockroach and the pipes in the bathroom were excessively loud. I had a problem locking the door and had to deadbolt it twice. I did not feel comfortable nor did I feel safe or clean staying in the hotel.
