Need to improve the quality of customer service,

What started as a small delay at checkin ended up being a two and a half hour delay by the time the plane took off. The annoying part was that we weren’t told what the holdup was.

Offer a pillow in business class for night flight. More comfortable seats. Offer alcoholic beverages. Get flight attendants that care.

Cons: Food wasn't nice, flight left late and they misplaced our luggage so we had to wait an extra hour on arrival.

Pros: We didn’t got our luggage still waiting for luggage so we had a really bad experience with this airline

Cons: you Guys have to make better luggage system arrive on time

Pros: Good food, friendly crew, newspapers

Cons: No boarding announcement, crew didn’t offer any beverages - we had to ask for them ourselves, seats weren’t very comfortable, difficult to call them from outside Asia

Cons: They seem to always leave late. I won’t fly them again

Pros: Nothing, really..

Cons: A passenger next to me was ill..coughing violently every 5 minutes..refused even after being asked by another passenger.to cover his mouth and nose rather than spraying us. I asked a flight attendant if any seats were open; she said yes, there were four open but she didn’t know where they were. Terrible customer service..they could have figured something out.

Cons: My flight was cancelled and had the be re-booked the next day This caused a lot of anxiety for the people waiting for me in KTM. Plus I lost a day of exploring the Boudhastupa.

Worst stewardess attitide

Pros: Other then arriving safely and on time nothing

Cons: Not so much as water offered without charge, the attitude of the stewardesses was rude at best and the tv screens were broken

Delayed, delayed, delayed and communication

Pros: The crew was friendly enough

Cons: Schedule change and delay on the outbound. Huge maintenance delay on the return. No communication

Scared for my life

Pros: The plane swayed and shook a lot during take off. During landing, the descent was very scare and again the whole plane looked like it will give up anytime.

Pros: Great stuff Comfortable seats, im 185 height and had lost of space for my legs.

Cons: Tha flight delayed for about an hour. Food wasnt great.

Not the worst experience, but could be improved

Pros: The crew was pleasant and friendly. They provided good smelling refreshing wipes at the start of flight.

Cons: Flight delayed 45 minutes for takeoff, then another 45 minutes spent circling Kathmandu waiting for landing. Apparently learned from other passengers on my way back this is common on this carrier on this route. There was no in flight entertainment, which would have at least passed the time while we waited to land. No food provided, just beverage.
