Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location near the airport and metro, making it ideal for business travelers and those with early flights. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with room size, describing them as very small and cramped, especially for families. Service is frequently criticized, with reports of unhelpful staff, lack of assistance with luggage, and slow check-in. Cleanliness is another concern, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, stained towels, and outdated, dusty carpets. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with several guests finding it unsatisfactory, citing stale or cold food, though a few appreciated the buffet and room service options.
