Pros (+) we had a very nice time at this hotel, not only was the pool great for the kids but they also enjoyed their breakfast, which they usually don't eat much, but they enjoyed the cereal. I'd stay there again

Cons (-) only one person working, ice machines only every other floor, lobby & bar together - so we had to watch a gross drunk man and lady making out while we checked in, could not find ice machine & no staff on duty to ask - just a note at front desk that said "be right back", worst of all, they did not even have the room we reserved and tried to put us in a different room w/only one bed, when we refused...
