Three buffet stations with the usual Italian mix - lots of cakes etc. It was OK to start the day, with good freshly squeezed OJ and freshly made coffee although the staff levels were too low to give speedy service to the guest numbers. Huge swimming pool with extensive lounging area and plenty of loungers. Good poolside bar.
Dinner was not that great. Pasta dishes were excellent but the main courses were dire! Frito Misto di Mare was clearly from the freezer. Dinner on the second night was sliced pre and over-cooked veal heated through with packet gravy! In Italy, famed for its food! Got dinner taken of the final bill. We didn't know beforehand what a masseria was so weren't prepared to be in the back of beyond down narrow twisty roads. Not good when you meet an Italian driver coming the other way. In the bathroom the shower cublcle was pittiful with barely room to soap up. Dropped the soap and had to open the cubicle door to pick it up. This is a converted huge farmhouse with extensively developed grounds and paved areas and what I think was a small outdoor auditorium. Very much an Italian party venue for Martina Franca. The Pugliese probably use it for short relaxing stays but for tourists travelling around, not the best choice.

The property is beautiful, lovely gardens and overall structure. Great to travel to the different cities in Valle D’Itria. Service and personnel very friendly.
The room was a little out-dated and didn’t fit the lovely atmosphere of the Masseria
It's a masseria, there's plenty of room for everything: shady gardens, olive trees, plants and flowers, places to walk and chill. It even has it's own trullis and some poultry too - as you are visiting a countryside :) You will be surprised to find an enourmous shady but cast by sunlight sitting area in the middle of the masseria. Very enjoyable indeed with a hint of antiquity. Pool is surrounded by a park and you can move your sunbed under an olive tree. What a luxury! The whole vibe is calm and timeless and relaxing. Dinner is classy, made with skill. Breakfast is good. Our room had a forest view and a large balcony with summer sound of cicada. Loved it. The room was clean, though a bit outdated but still very nice. The nearest city Martina Franca is a small lively town with elegant architecture and it feels very southern-italian. It takes only 15 minutes to drive there. I'd love to come back.
