Pros: the meal plan was good. the staff were polite and helpful. the hotel was close to bus station and as a result the city was easily accessible.

Cons: the room was deceptively small. and the air conditioner was not working since it was winter. we could not control the room temperature efficiently so we were constantly opening and closing the window
