Not very efficient airlines
Pros: Nothing
Cons: The booking process was painful and the check in counter almost made me miss my flight as they said my name did not match My reservation. The actual problem is that the Chinese way of naming someone is with the family Name first followed by your first name. I purchase the tickets online as per my name on my passport. To make things worst, MY luggage was mishandled annstheu broke one of the wheels on my suitcase.Reviewed Feb 2018review from
